TO ARRIVE AT 8:30 P.M UBER KEEP ON SENDING ME MSG ARRIVING AT 9:10 WELL NOTHING MY ORDER ARRIVE AT 9:30 P.M THE DRIVER HAVE THE NERVES TO PRESENT ME A OPEN BAG NO SEALING STICKERS I WAS MAD ALREADY I HAD TO BE AT WORK AT 10.P.M AND I REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY ORDER PLEASE CREW SEAL THE DELIVERY ORDERS AND DRINKS WE CAN TRUST PPL NOW DAYS ...
I have been here a number of times. Good experience overall. Quick and professional service. Usually get a large chili. Also got a Dave burger π and fries π today. Had a special when you buy one sandwich get another for a dollar. Fries could have been fresher. Wish Wendys had something else instead of fries like onion rings, fried okra, or tater tots.
The staff are courteous and efficient. They obviously work hard and deal very well with high customer volume. I eat here at least once a week and they have yet to get my order even a little incorrect.
However, the facilities are old and out of date. There's no self-service drink dispenser, the menu board is in disrepair, and the furnishings are old and worn. It seems like a failure of management.
One service related complaint though: I don't think they fill the fry cups enough, but that could be more of an issue with the new style of fries being served in a cup designed to fit the old ones.
