Cold fudge on vanilla Sunday to die for! We have gone to Custard Cup even before they opened in Champaign. They have the best Custard anywhere in central Illinois. They also changed the waiting line for smooth customer service. My family is so glad you are here.
My life partner and I took a drive from Bloomington to Champaign for the day and hoped to get some ice cream after having some delicious poke bowls. We asked two locals where they would go. They shouted gleefully “go to Jarling’s!!!!”. We took their excitement to mean we would be in for a treat and Jarling’s certainly did not disappoint! Wonderful service and amazing custard. If we are ever back in Champaign Jarling’s will certainly be on our list of places to visit.
I have never tried custard before, but I know this is better than any ice cream, frozen yogurt or any other frozen treat I have ever had. You may have to stand in line a few minutes, but trust me, totally worth the short wait!!!! Yum yum!!!

The best around! Everything is yummy but I particularly love fudge brownie sundaes, cold fudge milkshakes, banana split snowstorms, pumpkin pie snowstorms, and berry delightful parfaits! Pro tip: go within the first hour or two of when they open for the day and you won't have to wait in long lines.
I usually get a cold fudge and marshmallow snowstorm.. I tried the peppermint and marshmallow for the holidays. Yum . Please keep it all winter.

The best ice cream 🍦 shop in Urbana-Champaign. We tried many flavors and combos. This is the Vanilla flavored sundae with cheesecake as the topping. There's a variety of combinations. All of them are definitely 5-star. The ice creams are made of local dairy products which differentiate from other ice cream shops.
It was the best ice cream I've had! They make their own waffle cones, and I can tell. I ordered a waffle bowl ice cream with a nestle crunch, pecans, vanilla and strawberries ice cream, and cold fudge. It was amazing. If you are on a diet, do NOT come here. I ate my ice cream so fast because it was sooooo good. Deff will come back.
We had to wait. This place is very popular but it's worth it. The price is high too. They have their own parking lot. We got lucky, and we found one right away.

Wonderful custard in Champaign Urbana, Illinois. Jarling's offers a high-quality custard with multiple toppings and fruits. The shop has been a fixture in Champaign for many years. There are benches outside to sit and savor the frozen custard. The shop has a drive-thru, and there is an ample parking. A must visit if your are visiting Champaign.
Flavors are limited, but many toppings to choose from, good location, and very nice outdoor seating area!
My friends like their ice-cream a lot. This place has a walk-in and drive thru. There are outdoor seats available. Beware the melted ice cream on the seats and on the table. Available parking on the premises. This store seems very popular and I can understand why! Check it out!

Whether you go with the classic scoops of your preferred custard in a cone (or cup) or are more the type to prefer a malt, parfait, shake or other, the experience is always a treat because their whole menu is top notch! The drive-thru has been an awesome addition, as are the picnic tables—great for gathering family and friends for fun memories!

The strawberry shortcake and banana split snow storm is the top two! It's always packed during summer days, but the place is always well-organized, with friendly staff. Hands down for this place :)
Wonderful custard! The lemon was the best we've had. The strawberry was wonderful and the turtle sundae in the waffle bowl was amazing!
Not bad ice cream at all. I fashion myself, at the expense of my belly, to be an ice cream specialist. While I would say this ice cream is the best, I do place this ice cream at the top of my must visit when in town ice creams. The seating is outside and the business was well staffed. They moved through the orders quickly.
Always amazing and I got help from Ashley who is just such a cheery person and made my bad day so much better!

It was my first time trying out Jarling’s after all the hype some of my friends and fellow townies this place brought. I love the local/vintage vibe this place brings, and the custard itself tasted so good! I’ll definitely come back for sure
