Okay customer service
We got our order all good and well. Although the burger could’ve been a bit more done. Maybe an extra minute on the grill would’ve been perfect
BUT, the cashier didn’t ask if we wanted the food for here or to go and he packed it up basically for us to go while we had planned to stay and eat in the food court. I asked for a tray and he gave me one that was not clean or wiped at all. PLEASE remember to ask if for here or to go.
Other than that, definitely recommend.
always good service, always great tasting and well prepared food. never had a bad experience from this place including ordering for delivery. they pay attention to your order and they make sure everything is cooked just right. one of the best burgers ive had.
I ate there with my team on Saturday they were completely unprepared for for buses of kids but the service was amazing the girl at the counter was very good about communicating with us about how they were a cook to order restaurants and that it would be a wait. if it were me I would have been completely overwhelmed considering most of us went to this one establishment but she handled it like a pro and with a smile she deserves a RAISE!! (we can be a handful) and the food was good I ordered a bacon cheeseburger plane of course and my friend order the popcorn chicken and we shared and both things were amazing I will definitely be recommending that our team goes back the next time we are in the area!!! #go campus 🍔
It’s is good place for a fast food store in the marketplace. reasonable price for fresh cook fast food and meal option. My favorite menu is burgers. The burgers are all natural beef, and fresh cooked. My nephew likes kids menu. His favorite is popcorn chicken. It is not luxury restaurant of course but meets your expectations for a fast food.
As this restaurant is the first in in a new franchise, I decided to give the whole menu a chance before reviewing. To start, I can say that the service is fine for a food court vendor. The prices are comparable to most of what you'll find at this food court. What I do like about it is the choices. You get hotdog, burger, and chicken menus with various incarnations and most are pretty good. I liked the BLTA hotdog (bacon lettuce tomato avocado) and their flagship Campus Burger. The chicken sandwich would be bland were it not for the variety of sauces you can add or replace the mayo with. Also, get their fries. With or without cheese sauce they're tasty and my wife and I like them a lot. If you asked me I'd say give em a chance.
I must say that the food was excellent (grilled chicken sandwich and gyro) but what stood out the most was their waffle fries!! Amazing....best I ever had!
They had internet connection issues when I ordered and my order was automatically cancelled by grubhub, but they still got the order and had it sent to my house anyway. This shows me that they are willing to do what it takes to make it "right."
A little slow but with one person working understandable (standard for today's time) but food was fresh and hot!
Service was fast and vary friendly, waffle fries with cheese with a bacon cheeseburger was delicious! This is my one stop when IAM in town!
Ate here last month and it was really good, I had the burger and fries thoroughly enjoyed both! Would definitely recommend!
It's a little expensive for what it is, but I suppose you have to expect that in the mall food court. All in all, the food is delicious. I haven't tried anything that I haven't liked from here yet.
First time customer here and can tell my kids love it. Great service and good hamburgers.
