Wow, what an awesome fine dining experience! Came with a group of 12. We were treated like royalty. Myke Le is the best sushi chef ever! Great service, great food! Definitely would love to come back again. Everyone in my group had a great time
Absolutely love this place. Went on two different nights during our three day stay at the resort. My wife and I both loved the General Tao Chicken. The Tiger roll and Red Dragon rolls were some of the best Maki rolls I have ever had. My wife enjoyed the ginger salad and California roll while I enjoyed the Wakame salad. Great atmosphere and wonderful service.

Love this place so much that I had to come back! Highly recommend having the Sea Bass - delicious. Yamilette will take great care of you during your dining experience so be she to ask for her. The Red Dragon roll was awesome! The chicken lo menu portion was big enough for two people. Friendly prompt service.
Atmosphere: The restaurant is set up with a classic Chinese restaurant vibe merged with a Japanese décor. They have areas where you can have private dining (privacy screens) and you can be as intimate or as social as you want. It took more than 20 minutes for a wait staff to acknowledge us or offer a beverage so that was unfortunate.
Need to know: The days and hours of operation vary so you can’t assume you can walk in for dinner on any given evening. Call ahead. The location is set in the Omni Hotel at Champions Gate. As you enter the lobby head to the left and it is in the corner. Although it serves Chinese food it also offers sushi maki rolls, sashimi and nigiri. I recommend making reservations as the hotel has a lot of conventions.
The menu: Chinese and Japanese. They offer a good selection of sushi, sashimi, and nigiri for those who crave the wasabi rush! They offer a “Zen Experience” which is a fixed price menu. For $69 you can have salad, soup, appetizers, entrees and sides. They also have an a la carte menu and a child menu. You can build your own Wok dish by selecting your protein, flavors, vegetables, rice or noodles. We wanted to try as much as we could so we selected Edamame to start, it was not the best and not the worse. Next we had the Veggie Lover Roll (burdock, kanpyō, cucumber and avocado) it was excellent, Hunan Dumplings With Peanut Sauce, amazing, Chinese Style Spare Ribs—the meat fell off the bone and had a crispy outside. For our main course, we ordered Szechuan Style Beef Tenderloin (the meat was so tender it just melted in the mouth) and General Tao’s Chicken, fresh, flavorful, not overly cooked.
What I loved: The flavors of each dish (aside from the edamame) burst in the mouth, there were multiple spices that came alive and made the food absolutely amazing. The spareribs were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sushi was fresh and the dumpling was transparent and not overly doughy.
What needs improvement: The service was lacking for some reason, it should never take 20 minutes to be welcomed. The biggest frustration for me is that they do not serve filtered water, and Floridian tap water should never be served in an upscale restaurant. This should be remedied ASAP. Lastly, work on consistency of quality. We referred friends here and their experience was the opposite. To have friends go to the same restaurant and say they would never return is a red flag.
For a resort owned asian restaurant, not bad. The service was excellent, very attentive and courteous service. I had shashimi and nigiri two consecutive nights, and it was consistent and fresh. I ate at the sushi bar, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Amazing food super fresh & filling. The waiter was really nice. And the staff was very friendly it. Was a small wait for a table. But very much worth it if you are at..
The OMNI You need to come to zen.
Excellent! Good food, perfect service, and right price. Of course we're having the $35 face price dinner, still enough choices and taste really good, tenderloin melted in the mouth. Sushi and rice are up to standard.
Delicious calamari with a very light batter and subtly spicy. The sushi was equally as amazing. We had attentive servers and a very nice experience. Loved the private table for 12. This restaurant is located inside the Omni at Championsgate. Would definitely recommend.
The food was great. Large portions. Great drinks. Will dine again.
Cannot say enough about the amazing service we had at Zen- the waitress went above and beyond even accommodating a special soup request! All of the sauces were delectable, right amount of spice, carrot cake and bread pudding made in house and the saki hot! Thanks for a great evening.
10/10. Great food, great service, great cocktails, great ambiance. Will be returning.
Had the Florida local catch ($44) with fried rice. Mildly spicy, and overall excellent flavor. Also had the ginger salad, which was equally delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Great atmosphere. Low lighting and candles at every table. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went there for sushi and wine, and were impressed with the quality of both. In fact, it was the best sushi I have ever had. This is definitely going to be on our regular rotation.
Outstanding! The food is phenomenal. Fresh ingredients, awesome presentation, and excellent staff.
