Wonderful dining experience. My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and it was great.
Alex, our server, was very attentive and friendly.
We got the calamari for an appetizer and I couldn't recommend it more.
I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with a ceasar salad while my boyfriend ordered the 18 oz prime rib and thought it was well seasoned and delicious.
Before the evening ended, Kane, the manager, approached us with a complimentary ice cream cake slice to celebrate our anniversary. They were so nice all around. I would definitely recommend coming here!
We have been going to the Keg for years, we met up with some friends and went for Happy Hour which is only available in the bar. The full menu can be ordered in the bar it is just open seating. We were greeted quickly but sat ourselves in the bar area. Our server Darian took our drink orders and returned quickly with our drinks. I ordered the Filet Mignon and my partner ordered the Bacon Wrapped Scallops. The steak came out cooked to perfection and was so tender. My partners Scallops were delicious. The service was top notch and the food was prepared so well. Premium steak and service at a reasonable price. This is a regular stop for us.
The Keg is a wonderful restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and I’ve never been disappointed in the service. I prefer the atmosphere in the bar, over the dining room. Seems cozier. I consistently get the bacon wrapped filet with sautéed mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes and a wedge salad. I always leave happy about my meal! On this night, before dinner, I had a couple of Orange Slice Martinis, which were on the happy hour menu. SO GOOD!
The service and food were excellent. My husband and I couldn’t decide on appetizers so we tried two. The prime rib they are known for practically melted in your mouth. If we went again we would pass on the lobster.
My wife and I had a very nice date night at The Keg. As a franchise with 160 locations, The Keg - Chandler maintains what has made this upscale steakhouse brand so successful without it feeling like a chain restaurant. While I wouldn't call it quite a five-star fine dining experience, it's certainly a fantastic choice for an elegant evening out. The steak options are front and center and are prepared well with a very tasty house seasoning. We enjoyed our mocktails and crème brulée dessert, too. Overall, The Keg is an excellent entry-level option in the Phoenix area steakhouse circuit, where you will get a very enjoyable fine dining experience for about half the price of some of the top-tier steakhouses in the area.
Excellent. The French onion soup is a must try. Piping hot and perfect. Burger, perfect. Steak, perfect, margaritas, perfect. We got sat right away, our server was in top of it. The bread to start with was fresh and hot and so good. Calamari isn't my thing but my husband said it was really good.
I want to thank the Keg staff for the outstanding food and service that my Aunt visiting me from North Carolina and I received from our very friendly and attentive server and the manager on Saturday night, October 14th! We were celebrating her visit and my birthday and they surprised me with a large lovely and scrumptious Billy Miner Pie at the end of the meal which just highlighted the evening before us heading off to a concert at the Mesa Performing Arts Center that evening! The ambiance on the outdoor patio with overhead lights and a fireplace was perfect! I'm so happy that one of my celebrity friends had told me about the Keg! We were so impressed with everything, and I will be back with some friends and family for future visits! I can now see why the Keg has such great reviews!
I have been to this Keg twice now and both times the food has been delicious (The one in Tempe is also great).
The steaks always cone out great and their fries are great too.
This time In opted for the sirloin and half lobster and it was truly amazing.
The service was good and with a smile, maybe a little rushed as she took away my beer before I had a chance to finish it and then the same happened with the bread they served! Maybe ask to see if we are done before taking items away!

I went to The Keg once after dinner for drinks. Ended up staying long enough in the bar/lounge area to order some snacks. Troy, the bartender, makes a mean, extra dirty martini (per my request). Delicious!! The house made whiskey peppercorn sauce is amazing. The house made bleu cheese is phenomenal. All in all, the food, drink, and bar service was 5-star. My most sincere compliments to the chef.
Fast forward to today and I've been there at least three times in six months. I've had different meals, drinks, and servers. Each and every time, each and every meal has been delightful from beginning to end.
If I have to give a negative to this review, I will say the front of house staff is inexperienced and it reflects in the first impression of the atmosphere. After being seated, the rest of the dining experience is top-notch.
I had the filet cooked medium rare, and it was good along with the sides.
Came to America, you have to try their steak house for sure. This place served great variety of cut from sirloin to ribeye.. the rack of ribs rather huge for one to consume and added lobster tail at $20 kind of expensive as I can’t take the full meal. Sharing some ribs and lobster tail made perfect. The calamari was awesome with spicy dipping sauce and the creamy mushroom for sure to pair well with the wine ! Overall great food with frat ambience !

When traveling from Texas to Arizona, there’s always one place it’s on my mind and that is at the Keg in Chandler fashion Square in Chandler Arizona. I love eating at this place. They have some of the best prime rib. Every time I go there my dinner is always delicious. I start out my evening with the piña colada virgin style then I jump over to the bread that they serve you. It is so soft , warm and delicious by the time I’ve had a few bites, the wedge salad that I’ve ordered shows up. I always love my wedge salad with no tomatoes, extra ranch, and some blue cheese crumbles, by the time I get done eating my awesome salad, my dinner is generally delivered and I ask for a cup of milk because I love milk with my meals. I can’t say enough of how much I love the food here, but I haven’t said one word about the service yet. Let me tell you the service here is amazing there. This is one of my favorite places because I love people this last trip I had Kelly as my server,and Bree. These two ladies make my dinner very awesome because the service that I get. I always like to sit in the bar area because you get to see a lot of movement. If you have a chance to go eat at the keg, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed because I never am.

The name "The Keg" and casual appearing outdoor eating area really don't do justice to this upscale establishment!
The upscale dress of the greeter and door opener was our first clue that this was no "low rent average chain steak joint!"
Everyone, from the maitre'd to the wait staff was well dressed, well versed in service, and totally professional!
The waitstaff and food were impeccable, as was all attention to details large and small!
We never waited for, nor had to ask for drink refills, they were brought before we needed them!
Our waitress was the most attentive that we have had the pleasure of meeting in MANY years!
Overall, we had an excellent time and we will go out of our way to be back! We live about 45 miles West and I brought my new to the valley wife to see the Chandler Fashion Square Mall, and we were just looking for somewhere convenient to eat afterward.
We were very surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the higher class experience than we expected!
This was my first time here and it won’t be the last. The atmosphere is calm, sophisticated, and elegant without being ostentatious. The service was outstanding. Eden was attentive, personable, and efficient. The food was delicious. The blackened chicken was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect. The Miner Ice Cream Pie is a must for dessert. It’s a great place for special occasions or dinners with special people.
This was my first time coming here, and I am super happy I decided to spend my birthday dinner here. Eden was super nice and took the time to explain the whole menu to us. The food was impeccable (although a little pricey). They did give me cake for dessert. Their bread was very good too. Will definitely be back.
