I have gone here many times and its always really good! Sometimes inconsistent in taste but still always good! I absolutely LOVE their spicy pork bulgogi and wish i knew how to make their kimchi. They also have this really yummy Flaming Dragon Roll that they set on fire right at your table! I always try to bring other people here if they never tasted it, their korean food is pretty on point for being in AZ, USA.
Quickly becoming one of our favorite Korean restaurants. We grew up in Hawaii where Korean wasn't considered an ethnic food, so it was an every day sort of thing. The food is delicious (we've tried beef, chicken, pork and salmon so far), the portions are generous, and the wait staff pleasant. The side dishes are unique and very tasty, even if you don't like spicy food.
I absolutely love this place! They are so friendly and their food is amazing! Our waitress found out that I could speak and read Korean and she was so excited, constantly giving me high fives. This was my second time here and I will definitely keep going to this place!
This was my first visit, and everything was wonderful! The staff was excellent, and the food was amazing! Next time I am in the area, I will for sure eat there again.
The food is amazing and so is the service. I love the fact that everyone can share from the large portions . We will keep going back. One down point, it doesn't seem they have a soda fountain . There are no free refills with the exception of regular iced tea, NOT green tea. You are served individual soda cans, and if you want a refill, you have to pay for another can .
음식이 정말 좋았어요. 레스토랑은 매우 좋았다. 노동자는 멋지게 우리를 맞이.
Love the food, the environment, the awesome employees.
Ordered beef bulgogi and spicy pork bulgogi, was really good. Think the pork was my favorite though. Side dishes were good as well. Servicr was excellent. Will definitely be going back.
Best Korean in AZ! We live on the west side and still visit. Tofu soup and bibimbap are delicious, ban chan is very respectable, and ojing a bokeum was spicy delicious. Service was excellent even during a busy lunch rush. I'm am sold, open one in Peoria!
I lived in Korea for 3 years back in the 80's. I miss the food. This place has the best Korean food in the Phoenix area. We drove 25 miles to try GOGI. Was worth the trip.
Gogi was probably the best Korean food I've had on the west coast & our waiter was totally handsome!

Great food and better than the food is the service! First time eating Korean food n our waiter was awesome at explaining the menu and giving recommendation! Will definitely be back... Soon
This place is amazing! Me and the wife eat here a lot and enjoy it every time!
The shrimp bibimbap is amazing! As I am sure any of their hot stone bibimbap is!
I recently dined at 'Gogi ,' a Korean restaurant in the area. The food was absolutely delicious, and the tofu soup was a standout dish. The service was friendly, and the ambiance was cozy. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. We ordered beef & mix tofu soup, galbi rib combo and pork dumplings.
The atmosphere is comfy and looks decent and clean, but is nothing special, which is fine! I weigh my reviews more heavily on food and service. The servers were nice. I ordered the mixed (seafood and beef) tofu soup combo with bibimbap. I also had the house salad. Hubby ordered the beef tofu soup combo with spicy pork. It was overall great, especially the spicy pork, but I wasn't a huge fan of the salad. It was too strong with the ginger for my taste, but if you like a potent ginger flavor, you might really like it! I love that they serve several of the popular banchan. I wish all Korean restaurants would do the same, because I really miss this. It was nice to find a place kind of similar to my favorite spot back in the Inland Empire in Cali. I recommend you check them out!
I’m not sure why this place isn’t packed to the brim. The food is fantastic and the flavors are overflowing. If you want some good Korean food, I’d highly recommend this spot.
We got the vegetable bibimbop and kimchi stew. The bibimbop was impressive and very tasty especially with their gochujang.
The kimchi stew... was different. I got it because I generally love that dish and its tangy spicy slightly fishy goodness. This shop makes it with small sausages I didn't enjoy, the pork is very small and cooked to the point where it just melts. The kimchi in the stew was mushy and there was no tangy flavor. It was mildly sweet and had a funky flavor I couldn't describe. Not something I will order again just based on preference.
All of the side dishes were lovely except for the potato side. It was interesting. The texture of the potato was almost like it had been freeze dried and then rehydrated.
All in all I recommend the place and think their food is nice. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was good.
She had the seafood soondofu and I had the galbi with a large Sapporo beer. Mine was supposed to come with a small portion of soondofu according to the menu but never got it. I was going to say something but I was too full, lol.
I took my parents here for their first time trying Korean food and they were absolutely blown away. Everything is delicious, the portions are huge, price is reasonable, and I love the banchan (small side dishes) that come with every meal. One of my favourites!
This Korean restaurant is one of the best places to eat at. They serve some of the best soft tofu soup and also have fried chicken options. Get the extra spicy fried chicken if ur u for a little bit of heat!
Give this Korean restaurant a try. The hot stone pork Bibimbap was fantastic! Seafood pancake is huge and so good. Very tasty food and service is fast. You won’t leave hungry or disappointed.

Excellent good. We drove from Prescott to try Gogi. It was so worth the drive.
Called in a takeout order for 4 people.. I ordered 2 bibimbap’s (1 bulgogi and 1 spicy pork), and these included banchan so I received 2 togo containers that had kimchi, fermented bean sprouts, pickled cucumbers, and some great fish cakes. Exactly what I was hoping for with a takeout order from a Korean restaurant. (The banchan is the best part!) Also it was definitely homemade and sooo sooooo good! We also ordered a very expensive hot pot (assorted seafood), and it was quite delicious. I wish we got much more broth though; it was a pretty small amount tbh :/ Calamari appetizer was excellent, even for takeout calamari! Highly recommend this place!
Highly recommend! Best salmon I’ve ever had. The everything hot plate was so good too! Fav new lunch/dinner place!
This was our first Korean meal. We were sat down quickly, our questions were answered. However, dishes didn't come out together, and we were never checked on for refills. Had to ask for the check and to-go boxes.
The food was alright. The spicy pork was way too sweet.
They also withheld the ban Chan from us when we arrived until the actual entree came out. I clearly saw they had it ready. I’m guessing to prevent people from snacking on it then having to refill it. Saving the owner food cost.
Customer service was alright.
Food is Absolutely Delicious. Our table server put our food on our table and then walked away. He didn't ask us if we needed anything or if we were happy with our dinner. He was absent in our "Dining Out" experience. Table servers should be able to 1) Welcome your guests and take beverage order. 2) Return to table with beverages and then take food order. 3) Bring food order out. Ask if customers need anything else and leave. 4) After customers eat, ask if they need anything else and or offer to bring check/bill. Hopefully this waiter could be friendly and more professional. Waiting tables is a real Skill. The Wait staff has the power of turning a customers dining experience into a wonderful and or regretful experience. The Food is Amazing. I will return but hopefully the young waiter will be more friendly, and more professional. I do personally recommend this wonderful restaurant.
After my horrible experience with Korean Food & Restaurant, I was skeptical to try out a new place. But I was craving Korean food so I stop by at this restaurant. Best Korean food in town! So much food, the side dish is enough to get me full. They have good selection of menu & service is very fast. I will come back for sure. Highly recommend this place for an authentic Korean cuisine.
I love the atmosphere at this place. This is the second time we ate here and went be the last. Lastnight we had Galbi, Seafood pancake & spicy pork belly & squid. The wait time was not and also the service. Will be back for some tofu stew 😋
Great local place. It def has that local restaurant vibe. The staff is friendly and quick. The food is 👌🏽🔥❤️💯 everything was fresh and delicious. While some of it was very new to me, it was no doubt a great experience to try something new, especially as delicious as it was. Try it out.
