They rosy their own and have a Slayer machine. If you know what that means then you’ll understand the five stars. Beyond the exceptional coffee, friendly staff and nice, clean environs.
Rich cold brew. Atmosphere is fresh and friendly. I enjoyed it. Could use some more outlets
What a great cup of coffee! They have a couple locations all over the US, and they get their coffee sent from Atlanta once a week, so the beans are always fresh. The baristas care about their artistry, they are sure to deliver a tasty and pretty cup of coffee every time. They also offer a student discount and loyalty rewards, which is super awesome. There is lots of seating, tables, and big windows. It’s a perfect place to get work done, or meeting friends, or for people watching. If you’re not a coffee lover, they have a wide variety of loose leaf teas to choose from. Try the Rose tea!
Revelator is so fun and exciting. They always have something new for me to try and their employees are always having a good time. I like a simple cup of black coffee and I am not ashamed to say that I have gotten a bag of coffee for myself to bring home and make when I can't make it downtown! I have also gone in and have been indecisive of what I want and they made me a drink that was so yum and something I would never think to order! I definitely give this place a 10 outta 10 and I'm always happy to go when I need good coffee.
Great coffee, super nice staff, clean and relaxing.
Revelator is my favorite coffee place in the entire country. Between the quality of the coffee, the friendliness of the staff, their unique use of local unhomogenized, to their attention to each cup of coffee: this place is simply the best.
I lived in New Orleans three years ago when Revelator first opened. At the time, I worked across the street in the Regions building. I used to have a cup or two of coffee everyday. I then moved to Seattle for a job, where coffee is supposed to be top notch - but, I have yet to find a coffee place in Seattle that comes even close to Revelator.
I come back to New Orleans at least once a year; and, whenever I am here, I take great joy in the opportunity to get a cup of coffee at Revelator.
I highly recommend this place. I get that there are a ton of great food spots in New Orleans; but, I promise that Revelator is worth the detour. You won’t be disappointed.
I love Revelator! From the inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and warm aroma, to the delicious sungle origin pour over options, vibrant espresso beverages, and delicious pastries, it remains a favorite. The menu may be short in length, but each food item is full of flavor. The cereal toast and avocado toast are my morning favorites, while the Spicy Root Salad remains my afternoon pick.
Definitely stop by if you are in the area!
There is so much seating, so it’s a great place for small meetings or just getting some work done.
Overall, I love this shop! It’s a great addition to growing Upper King Street.
Delicious coffee and a menu that's not drowned in unnecessary coffee pretentiousness. Pretty slick decor as well.
Loved it! I had an Ethiopian pour over. This place is cheap for fancy coffee. If you want cheap coffee, go to Starbucks or dunkin donuts. The barista who's also a photographer was really friendly also!
Best coffe in charleston if not some of the best I've ever had. Friendly staff, with a lot of substance. Drink sizes are great. Quiet and relaxed with a nice vibe. Definitely go here, you also get a free coffe after 10 drinks!
