The most delicious ice cream and chocolates ever!!!!! We went back two days in a row and both times the service was great and the treats were even better.
It was late on Sunday - but the crew at Kilwins ice cream, ricked it!!! Great service at closing time !!!!
Great ice cream. They staff is extremely friendly. Many flavors to choose from. They also have specialty drinks and many flavors of popcorn.
Stopped at this awesome foodie location, where you can smell the best smells from outside and see them making everything by hand. We got fudge and an ice cream cone, it was literally to die for, best ice cream ever and the cone was just made five minutes ago. We both could’ve ate three of those waffle cone ice creams.
I will go back every time I come!!
Been coming to Kilwins in Charlevoix for years, and their ice cream is delicious!! Lots of fun flavors, and VERY generous scoops!
We wandered in five minutes past closing (without realizing) and we were served and taken care of without ever realizing we were there late! Very helpful and attentive employees!!

Good variety and pleasant staff. Awesome location and well maintained. Only complaint is some of their chocolate dipped goods don't taste very fresh (depending on what you get). Their ice cream is great (Getting the freshly made waffle cone is a must!). Good fudge.
Nice place, great icecream. Also has fudge and assorted chocolates. Limited outside seating. Staff was nice and gave us another cone when my wife didn't like the flavor she got. Only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is price. About $5 per scoop.
We had ice cream or chocolate and carmel dipped apples every evening of our vacation! The portion size was great and the selection of ice creams was wonderful. The staff was helpful, however, the hours varied daily and seemed to be dependent on how busy they were. We never knew when they’d close for the night, which made our post-kid’s-bedtime ice cream run challenging to plan 😂
