We're not in this area very often, but when we are, we make it a point to stop here. The staff are all so incredibly nice and helpful. There was one instance when my drink wasn't made correctly. When I talked to the manager, they were extremely apologetic and refunded my entire order, not just the wrong drink. In our experience, this location is usually very busy on the weekends. So, if you want to grab a cuppa at this location before heading out or before an appointment, leave early.
Was my first time in this Bigby! Cute atmosphere and great friendly service. Strawberry Cheesecake drink delish as always!
The workers are great! Always smiling and friendly, service can get a tad backed up, but that's because they are very busy.

I asked for a rich, bold coffee with soy milk 24 Oz and an extra shot.
It was good, but far from the boldness I expected. It came as a medium roast at best.

My daughter loves the Butter Bear with Almond milk and extra caramel. I love their dark chocolate hot cocoa. Fast service!
From Rhode Island so I have always had Dunkin Donuts. When I moved to Michigan I was introduced to this place. The coffee is phenomenal I love the Iced Cold Brew Avalanche it's delicious with a nice caffeine kick. You may have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to get it but it's a nice atmosphere and there are seats available while you wait, I also like the trivia board it's a good idea.
