Totally amazing as always!! Our server Andre was one of the best servers we've ever had. The sangria was delicious, house Mongolian beef was delicious, as were the egg rolls.
My office team and I had our "last supper" together there and it was excellent! Our server was on top of his game the entire time and was extremely courteous. The food was delicious! I'm not big on eating here or oriental food but for the rare times I come, I always enjoy eating here! Wonderful experience!
Went to lunch yesterday with my sis- the waiter and the waitress in training were terrific !!! The food was amazing- AMAZING!!! Recommend trying the Mango Ice Tea!!
Today I received an Ahi Poke bowl, delivered through Foodsby, with no Ahi tuna in it - I called the restaurant and was transferred through the to Assistant Operating Partner,Todd, who through my hanger was polite and apologetic for the mishap. Shortly after, one of the chef's from this location brought me an entire new meal along with a gift card for the mistake. This gesture was far above and beyond what I had expected but certainly meant a lot! Thank you Todd, Chef, and the PFC staff for provided superior customer service!

We visited this location while visiting Charlotte this weekend. Andre was our server and was very attentive to us! This was my first time eating at P.F. Chang’s and I will definitely be back!!!!

Mona is the best there! Her personality and service make it a great experience. The Orange Chicken is always my go to and my husband loves the Mongolian Beef. They never seem to disappoint us. :)

It was my first experience at PF Chang's and it was good. The waiter was pleasant and patient in explaining the menu. I was greeted warmly. I didn't experience a long wait time. The food was very tasty. We all order different dishes and I was able to sample the others.
I gotta give a shout out to Will and Blaze for giving outstanding service and making me feel at home. The food was great, the atmosphere is always so relaxed. Glad this is close to home.

The food was soo good! It was my first time eating at PF Changs the honey chicken and sweet and sour chicken are to die for. The lo mein and rice were cooked to perfection. The mongolin beef was ok but the sesame chicken was really good too. I would recommend it for good atmosphere, friendly staff and fast service. Thank you :)

July 2023 Review: Upon returning to this beautiful SouthPark gem, we immediately noticed the face-lift that has taken place since our previous visit a couple years ago. It is stunning! The restaurant was impeccably clean, the staff was still friendly (definitely a new group of people since last time!) and our food was delicious. I was disappointed not to see the Peking Duck! However the Mongolian Beef was tender and extremely flavorful, I highly recommend! My husband enjoyed the Chang's Chicken ... it had a little bit of spice to it but not too spicy at all. He felt it was"just right". Still feel this establishment deserves 5 stars!! 🙂
2021 Review: The food was incredible!! Presentation was beautiful as well. I had Shrimp Tempura Sushi & the Peking Duck ; melted in my mouth! We shared the Sampler -- everything was on point & I even have a new love for Edamame! My husband really enjoyed his pork fried rice & shared the duck & sushi with me. The staff was friendly. We will definitely return!!
My boyfriend and I went to P.F. Chang's for a date night and got sesame chicken with lo mien noodles. The food was great and definitely wanted to come back for more. Our server was Dennis and he made the experience 10/10. He kept great conversation with us and answered all of our questions regarding what was the best meal and very patient with us. He is an exceptional server and gave us a great dining experience. Will definitely be coming again!
We came here to celebrate our Anniversary. The food was very good. The service was even better. Dennis was great. He was attentive and friendly. He made some great suggestion and got our food out quickly. We will definitely be back!
We love this place. We come here for special occasions. We came here for our daughters 5th grade graduation, 8th grade graduation, 12 grade graduation, her Bachelor’s Degree and tonight to celebrate her Master’s Degree. The food is amazing and service was great!!
Came in for a quick lunch, everything was amazing from the friendly host, to our server, Chase, he was very efficient and always had a smile on his face. The manager on duty, Im and Blaise are top notch and definitely know what customer service is. Will definitely be back

Had my 40th birthday party, it was a amazing experience, all the people from the Manager Im and Fu were too good with the arrangement, they spend couple of hours with us to help us finalize the menu and the decoration arrangement. Special thanks to Im for her personalised approach.
Dennis and Jack both the server’s were amazing, they went beyond the regular to serve our guest. Definitely a good place for party considering the overall food, quality of service and co-operation.

Such an amazing experience! The salt and pepper prawns with fried rice hit the spot. It was served well and on time. I was blown away by how respectful and funny server Dennis was. I will definitely be asking for him again!
We went here on a weekday, so there was no wait time. This is one of our favorite chain of restaurant. All food items came up with good quality and presentation. Service was quick and our server was super nice. We tried shrimp dumplings , which worked out great. Tried chang’s spicy chicken, kung pao & fried rice. Kung pao was the best entree. Only complaint is that most entrees are on a bit sweeter side, even fried had sweet sauce. Ambience inside is great. Would definitely visit again occasionally.
Stopped by this P.F. Chang's location, had the Mongolian beef with Fried Rice. And while the food was exemplary, what really knocked it outta the park was the immaculate service from our waiter Dennis. He really made the effort, went the extra mile, and gave his all to make us feel welcome. Thank you Dennis for a overall wonderful dining experience!
