We rented a private room here for my moms birthday yesterday and I was stunned at the beautiful presentation of everything! The food was delicious. We ordered appetizers and our meals from their new menu, everything was to die for. To top it all off, we had pre-ordered a Tiramisu cake from their on-site bakery chef which couldn't have been any better. The wait staff is amazing, very prompt and friendly and always know the menu very well. I will continue to come here for brunch, lunch and dinners whenever I can.
A friend and I are in town for the weekend as we had to evacuate from charleston. We went to Napa on Providence for dinner Thursday night and had one of the best overall dining experiences we have ever had. The service was exceptional, especially from our server Christian. All other staff we came in contact with acted with class and hospitality. The food is out of this world. Highly recommend the mussels and the hanger steak salad! We also want to thank Ken, the executive chef, for taking the time to talk to us about their food,culture and about the new location opening up in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina! Extremely pleased with this whole dining experience. We cannot wait to spread the word about the new charleston area location and for us to have a "go to" spot. Many thanks to all!
We had the best experience here. We had come in after a terrible experience at another restaurant. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure our night was turned around. From the second we walked in, to the second we left, we felt welcomed and enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The friendliness, recommendations, not being pushy, and mainly just wanting us to enjoy ourselves. Sarah and Kara took the best care of us and I would always request them anytime we come in. Thank you again for making our night a great one. Oh and the food and wine are fantastic.
We had an amazing experience here last night for a small party with a group of friends. Every staff member was very polite and attentive to our needs. Service was excellent for a larger party as well. As always, the food was perfect! My husband and I love the food and large wine selection at Napa. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new place to try. Happy Hour menu is also phenomenal.

large group at the bar that had no problem being way too loud in our ear and way too anxious to invade our space to the point we decided to leave... looking forward to our next visit minus that obnoxious group!!!
Loved it!! Food was great, service was amazing! Had lunch outside on the patio. We were comfortable, and Dara, our server, was most excellent! This was my first time there, and it was most enjoyable!
The folks at our bed and breakfast recommended this little gem on a Sunday morning. It is welcoming and a lovely way to start our day We both had several items that looked enticing but both opted for the burger, each personalizing it to our tastes. They were exactly as ordered and delicious! But what has had me truly raving about Napa is the warm peach bread that started our meal. If that's all I ate, I still would have loved my experience here. Attentive and unobtrusive staff made this a great surprise spot for our short visit to charlotte.
Kim helped me craft a very special celebration for my wife's birthday with a custom, 3-course meal, wine pairings and seating at the Artisan Bar. Exquisite! Thanks to the entire staff at NapaOnProvidence for an exceptional evening and memorable time shared with my wife!
Have been to Napa a few times now and always have had a great meal. Grilled Pork Chop tonight was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered. Heather was our server and did a great job. Attentive without being overly so. And she New we were there to celebrate a birthday.
As always at NAPA...good service, great food, friendly interactions, value for our dollar and specialty CHAMPAGNE dinner We will do our best to attend the beer and taquilla events!!

Heather was the perfect waitress. We had to move to another table because of the rain. She was extremely accommodating! We ordered the Pig and Pinot dinner. All was amazing! Simply a delightful meal!
We really enjoyed our meal at Napa. We had no issues getting a table on Saturday night around 6pm. The service was great as well. A few mishaps with forgetting bread and refills but nothing crazy.

When you go order the crab cake and the blueberry tart for dessert if you have room. When I return it will definitely request Sean for my waiter. He was beyond amazing. He knew what we needed before we could ask. He was probably the best server I’ve had. I would recommend this restaurant.
Came here for a friend’s birthday for dinner and food was good! I ordered their short rib and the meat was very tender. We had ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was standard. Old fashion was okay, a little more on the sweeter side.
Atmosphere was nice, but the acoustics were off. It was really hard to hear my friends talking and I was sitting in the middle of the booth. Our server was nice and attentive.
Would recommend this place for a nicer occasion or night out.

The food was great and service was on point. We enjoyed the calamari and the beet salad was fabulous! We were most excited about the custom seafood pasta they made for us. They sell.a blackened chicken pasta, but we wanted seafood so they fixed us a shrimp.and crab version. I love that level of service!
The restaurant week menu had quite a few options. The grilled hanger steak and shrimp was so good. The meatballs were also good. The ambience was nice and the wait staff were on point.
Came again for Napa time. The food is so good. Meatballs, steak sliders, and goat cheese for $9 each. Can't beat it!
We enjoyed our dinner here for Queens Feast. Started with meatballs and burata caprese, followed by cioppino and pork chop with polenta for entrees. They were all tasty, but the cioppino was described as having a variety of seafood and all we had were mussels. I ended with the chocolate cake which was a good portion. The outdoor patio is covered and has a lovely ambiance with nice greenery surrounding it.
The food, atmosphere, and overall appearance of the interior of this restaurant is perfect. Michael S. is our go to server every time. He thoroughly knows the menu, what drinks to order, and how to have a welcoming service. Every time we go to Napa on Providence it is an amazing experience. Today me and husband came to this beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary. And I have to say the food was nothing short of amazing! From the appetizer to the dessert! It was all great from start to finish! The service as well as management was amazing! I just loved and enjoyed everything about this place! And the setting was very comfortable and laid back! We will be back very soon! Maybe make it a spot for date night every other month!

Overall a high quality experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was clean and modern. We got the steak and eggs and crab cake Benedict. Only complaint is the waiter did not inform us that buying four mimosas would exceed the value of a pitcher. It would have been courteous to inform us of that since it generated additional unnecessary expense. Other than that the service was good.
Loved Napa on Providence in Charlotte, North Carolina. We had such an amazing server. He was super attentive and friendly. It was such a great menu. I honestly couldn’t decide what I wanted. Ended up going with the duck because it’s something I don’t have often and I thought it was fantastic. They also made a killer Titos dirty martini. They do have blue cheese olives!! Would absolutely go back.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight. Adam, our server, was extremely attentive to our needs. Josh stopped by to check on us as well. The food, drinks and service were excellent. Definitely will be going back next time we’re in Charlotte.
We visited Napa for the first time on Valentine's Day and TOTALLY loved the experience. We had the crab cakes, lamb and duck and it was quite tasty! The desserts were really good too. On top of it all our waiter was super helpful and he gave excellent drink recommendations! Thank you all so much for making our valentine's day so special!
