I had a great waiter (Judiet) shout out to her! and great experience. I would say service is slower but also not unusual. I waited a great while before my food came out but I completely understand. Out of everything I ordered plus my experience I give it a 8/10. I’ve uploaded pictures. The only thing not captured is my steak dinner but that plate alone was a 9/10 it was juicy and seasoned well

Best longhorn I've ever eaten at. Service was excellent. The outlaw ribeye was cooked to perfection. Will differently go back.

Second time going to this location and wasn’t disappointed. The sever had great communication skills, checked on us every min & the food came out very quickly. The location was extremely packed due to Veterans Day & we were expecting a longer wait due to the amount of people there. However, the wait time was 10 mins. I would most definitely recommend this location and will be coming back as the food was delicious!

Last night, my friend and I went to Longhorn for dinner. B.J. was our server. He was wonderful. He was prompt, attentive, and very kind but without overdoing it. He even brought a paper rose over for our table. Seriously, if you go, DEMAND to be seated in B.J.'s section, he's the epitome of 'fantastic service'. And don't forget to tip him!!!!!!! Thank you BJ! We'll be back soon!

The food and the service was wonderful but the restrooms both men and womens were filthy. We got there at 6pm and when we left at 9pm they were still nasty.

I’ve ordered food late night (8-9pm) and had two great experiences tonight and last week. The steak was cooked at the correct temperature. It all tasted amazing, and my food was ready when I arrived. It actually was ready early (because I arrived a few minutes early). Tonight, my broccoli was left out of my order. I called and they didn’t argue. He knew who I was and why I had called. I was immediately sent an e-card to compensate the inconvenience and the food missing.

I ordered the 22 oz steak with caramelized onions and cheese crust. Side of Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, and fries for my kid. Also a mango margarita along with the appitizer shrimp (not pictured because it came out after my entree).My steak was more of a medium plus than medium rare. 🙃 I was hungry and didnt feel like waiting longer for a remake , so I ate it anyway 🤷🏾‍♀️. Overall, service was good the food was good and the drinks.

Everything was phenomenal. Myself and two others came from a long volleyball tournament and we were starving. The wait wasn’t long at all, we’re told 30 got in in like 7 or 8 minutes, the bread and butter was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend the shrimp appetizer. Our food was quick despite how packed it was. Danielle was an amazing waitress. Checked on us a lot but not overbearing. Everything was 10/10.

The food here was unbelievably good. I had low expectations since this is a chain, but compliments to the chef. Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, hot bread. The Caesar was creamy and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and get the Parmesan crusted chicken and ribs! So delicious! I will be returning.

We went to Longhorn Black Friday. They were short staffed which we can all understand why , so waiting wasn’t an issue. However what was the issue, is that we saw the manager come up and call my name to be seated as we had been waiting for 20 mins and another couple lied and said it was them. So we watched them walk in with no wait and be seated. As I wanted to stay in the holiday spirit I let it slide because the host was very apologetic. After that everything was to put likings and we will come back again. The food is always good.
