Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is the best ice cream I have ever tasted. I love the unique flavors and the freshness keeps me coming back. I tried them in Columbus, Ohio many moons ago and I've been addicted since then.

Oh my god, I wanted a little bit of everything but settled for a trio. Amazing ice cream, super sweet servers & the shop is really cute. It’s a good thing I don’t live closer, I’d weigh about a thousand pounds.

Unique ice cream bar. A lot of great flavors for every pallet. The brown butter almond brittle is a hit. But to really experience it try the mini flight which allows you to try three

Great , creative flavour combinations, friendly servers. The lines are predictably long, like in all other cities, but that just gives you more of an opportunity to figure out which of the many flavours you want to try on that visit. And since you know you'll be back… A water dispenser or fountain would be a nice addition.

What a delicious treat. The ice cream was delicious. We were at another establishment and came here for dessert. The reason for the 4 stars is because they only had 2 workers on a Sat afternoon and took over 30 minutes to get our order because the line was so long. Also, there is no parking at this location, so you would really only want to visit this location if you are in the area already or you will have to park and pay for the garage.

It’s my turn to provide a glowing review to Jeni’s. Their ice creams are lip-smacking and hit the spot. The smooth texture and the perfect waffle cones make them even better. The close-to-uptown location makes the visit even more convenient. We got the signature size of darkest chocolate, brown butter almond brittle and salty caramel, and each flavour tasted delicious. My favorite was brown butter almond brittle. The line moves quickly, and the servers are quite polite as well. There are plenty of seats outside to enjoy the icecream. That there’s almost always a line here tells you how good the icecream is, and for good reason. Parking nearby can be difficult, but if you’re a pro at parallel parking on streets, it might not be a stretch to find parking. I’ll be back here soon, and recommend the same to anyone else looking for a treat or to satisfy their sweet tooth.

I found this ice shoppe at The Battery in Atlanta GA! Didn’t realize there was a Jeni’s in Charlotte NC—45 mins from my house. This one on Camden Road has the same DELICIOUS ice cream; did I mention they make their own waffle cones? This treat is a bit pricey. But worth it especially if you are on vacation—You will be glad you spent the money! Street parking is challenging, but there is a parking garage a block away.

Such YUMMY ice cream & the nicest employees! 👏 I recently visited in the evening on 6/14/23, & Brooklyn & Kayla (I think that’s their names) we’re so kind. They let me taste a number of different flavors & gave a clear description on what each was. I enjoyed the brambleberry crisp & lemon. It’s a cute spot & I will def be back next time I’m in Charlotte. The employees really make the place shine & it makes all the difference seeing happy/smiling people when you walk in the door.

The delicious smell hits you when you walk through the door. Interesting varieties of ice cream. We purchased a waffle cup with a scoop of Salty Caramel, and (I think it was Almond Butter Brittle). So, so delicious. Seating in and outdoors. Parking nearby is street only. There is no parking garage or parking lot. There are other eateries in the area.

Very delicious icecream! Enjoyed because of the vegan options, which is so hard to find. A little pricey for a scoop, but it’s so sweet a scoop would be enough. Appreciated the history on the napkins, you don’t see that often.

Amazing environment with the friendliest staff around. Definitely a place to go by after dinner. Great rotating flavors with the freshest waffle cones around. Tried the everything bagel ice cream and wow 👌 I didn't expect it to hit the spot but it definitely is amazing! A Charlotte go-to.

Want a scrummy little treat after lunch or dinner in the Southend? Walk on in and delight in, first, the fabulous aroma of waffle cones being made; then feel the sweet tooth start to ache as you look at the different ice cream flavors they have to offer. The staff there is so good at what they do that if you tell them your favorite flavor of ice cream, they can recommend one of Jeni's flavors that is close to it...only it is so much better. Very creamy and full of flavor. The waffle bowls or cones are so fresh, they snap. A nice treat to enjoy after a meal or on a hot afternoon.

Best ice cream ever! I had the berry crisp thing and lemon bar in a waffle cone. The lemon bar flavor was out of this world. Absolutely amazing. Reminded me of a key lime pie to some extent. And the cones are phenomenal. Cant praise this place enough. I see why it was busy now! The line moved fairly fast too despite being busy.

Their ice cream is very good and well known in the area. They’re almost always busy. They have a wide assortment of flavors and some gf options as well. It’s a bit pricey compared to other ice cream spots, but they have different flavors and quality that makes them stand out.
