The servers were nice. I wish they had told us about the sauces they gave us with our food. One seemed to be a sour sauce and the other a very spicy mustard. My mother and I both had shrimp so im not really sure what the mustard was meant for. The food was decent overall but couldve used a little more flavor. Also I felt the greens in my shrimp and scallop bowl far overpowered the very small noodles.

So very happy I found a good Chinese place in my new area. Got here around 4p. No wait when I got here, yay! I got crab wontons, egg rolls, and General Tao Chicken. The wontons were some of the best I've ever had. Piping hot, crispy, delicious. Egg rolls are my favorite, these were nice and hot, crispy, not too greasy nor oily. Perfect! The Tao chicken, nice spice kick, beautifully crispy and meaty... sauce was great and fried rice was great. My server/hostess was so sweet, attentive and just on point. New favorite and they will see me again soon!

My friend and I popped in here for dinner during our visit to Charlotte. We were craving Asian food and an ice cold Asian beer. Soho Bistro didn't disappoint. The food was fresh, hot and yummy and the beers were served ice cold. The owners were very sweet and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation with the owners and felt very welcomed. If I'm ever in Charlotte again, I will be visiting Soho Bistro again. If you're in Charlotte and staying downtown this is a great low-key spot for some quality food and hospitality.

While in Charlotte for a Panther's game, my husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn City Center. After two days of non-stop walking, we wanted something close by for dinner and walked directly across the street to the Soho Bistro for Chinese. It was honestly some of the best Asian food I've ever had. The restaurant is small and has an intimate feeling to it. The staff was attentive and interacted with us, which was nice. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonable. We enjoyed pan fried chicken dumplings, egg rolls and Walnut Chicken. The entree portion was generous and enough for two to share. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. If we find ourselves in Charlotte in the future, we will go back here for sure.

Always have a pleasant experience here. My favorite is their Teriyaki Chicken. Their soup is good as well and their tower of appetizers I recommend. Pricing is well & The woman host at the front is always kind/sweet.

First time here and I would definitely come back. Went with simple and stereotypical choices: general tso and orange “tangerine” chicken and crab wontons with hot and sour and egg drop soups. The chicken was really well done but the sauce lacked any spicy kick. The service was good. I would recommend to any one wanting Chinese in the uptown area.

Food was super fresh and quick. I got spicy curry noodles. It was good but the tofu tasted a little like shoe leather. We were in and out in 30 minutes!

I ordered the shrimp and scallops noodle bowl, it was delicious. The bowl had 7 fresh, boiled, medium sized, cleaned shrimp and 7 sea scallops that were well prepared.

We’re visiting from Washington, DC and had BOTH an ECONOMICAL & AMAZING DINING EXPERIENCE! We were so pleased during our dinner during the first night of our stay, we went back the next day for lunch. The tofu lettuce wraps are perfect! They arrive piping hot on trimmed / crunchy iceberg / deep fried cellophane noodles/ with perfectly fried tofu and scallions in a zesty sauce. Take it up a notch an request their beautifully fresh chili garlic sauce ( to use sparingly;-)... We will DEFINITELY be going back, as we have two more days left to enjoy Charlotte, NC! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
