This place is like a ray of sunshine. Every employee is cheerful and friendly. Toni was waiting on me and was very attentive. I had the multi-grain pancakes with pecans, and bacon, nice and crisp. Wish I lived closer, so I could go more often.

The service is AWESOME, the food is always too good! The dinning area is always clean, the men's restroom smells a little musky! The steak, eggs, home style potatos and French toast is my favorite dish! If my steak is ever not to my liking, their is never an issue in correcting my order! Whether I'm eating alone or with guests the service is always friendly, professionally and promoted! On my last visit I had to show the cashier how to use the new credit card system Because it was her first time and she was reading through the instructions. And then she thanked me and thanked me for being so patient! The atmosphere is always good. It's a shame I can't post pictures of my visits and food on here. I'm always posting pictures of where I eat on my Facebook page!
Ms. Norma is THE GREATEST... great food kinda stinks that Bob Evans got rid of the candy bacon though... my friends were soooooo depressed lol

The food was very good. They just take long time to give me my order.
There isn't a Bob Evans near my home so I made a special request that we travel the route that took us past the one in Charlotte. Their food is just so consistently delicious!

Excellent service by everyone! Greeted upon arrival, nice greeting upon being seated, prompt order taking and I must say I REALLY APPRECIATED the waitress making sure my omelette was cooked as requested and it was remade but veggies wasn't cooked as requested so she made it wasn't taken off the bill and again I appreciated her initiative on that! I apologize I didn't get the name of the other beautiful bubbly black (only mentioning this to identify staff member yesterday) waitress who refilled our coffee but wanted to mention this in hopes she gets acknowledged for yesterday. Again we were please and will return.
I purchased the Thanksgiving dinner which feeds 6. The food was delicious and stored in easy to heat containers. This was our first time trying this and look forward to doing it again next year.
Stopped in for breakfast on our road trip, breakfast was fantastic very good food. Kiddos got to make there own pig pancakes 🥞 which was their favorite part. The server was amazing very nice and fast service. Would definitely recommend this location.
First time going and the food was AMAZING!! Even though our waitress was all over the place and the kitchen was behind our food was still amazing.
This is the best breakfast spot around Charlotte period. I've tried all the expensive nooks. Forget all that. This place is where its at if you are a breakfast person!

Our oven went out in the middle of cooking Thanksgiving dinner and our holiday was almost ruined. I was spectacle about ordering Thanksgiving plates, but I'm so glad that we did. I will probably swap the corn put for something else next time, but everything else was delicious. So grateful that they were open. Thank you so much for all you do!
Ok, if you go here I would HIGHLY recommend the Southwest Avocado Omelet! It was spot on! This is the only Bob Evans I have ever gone to and I am not disappointed! I also tried the Banana Pecan Pancakes! They were just as good as they sound! This location was really clean and the parking lot wasn't crowded at all. I did go at 2pm on a Tuesday, and I can for sure see this place being crowded on a Sunday morning! I'm going to be coming back here more often. Everything on the menu looked delicious. I ate as much as I could today, but there's always tomorrow! They also sell some pretty cool gifts at the front of the store. I liked the Chocolote Brownie scented candle. Super friendly staff greeted us right as we walked in and helped check us out as soon as we were done eating.
The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly, the food was sooo good, I highly recommend this place for a real home cooked meal. Ohhhh man they went above and beyond. I just love it and it was an hour away for me but it truly was worth it. The picture is pot roast meal and ohhhh man soo sooo good.
Even though my steak was cooked a little more done than I wanted it, it was very good!..... I'm picky about how my eggs are cooked and even they were cooked as I like them. They need to work on the Iced Tea. It tasted watered down and no amount of sugar I added would sweeten it up. The waitress was PHENOMENAL!!!!!......Very good experience!!!
A taste of North Carolina. It's been a while since I last ate at a Bob Evans. There was instant seating and the service folks were attentive. The menu was inviting and I couldn't help but have breakfast for dinner. The food came out quickly. Complements to the chef. So delicious ya'll. Can't believe the restaurant doesn't stay full.
Went on Veterans Day and the service was great. Unfortunately I believe that the servers were not being tipped for their services. If we are getting a free meal for our military service, May I remind our members to remember to tip your servers.
