Lorenzo’s Pizza located at 16721 Orchard Stone Run Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28277 has hands down the best Pizza in the Charlotte area. Perfectly cooked, perfect texture and flavor from the cheese to the crust to the sauce. 10/10!!
Love this place. Owner and his wife are awesome too! Friendly staff. I’ve seen some reviews for this place that obviously are written by frustrated delivery service employees. That and a few fake ones too. The owner is a great guy who extremely cares about the quality of his food and delivers it.
Pizza is amazingly good - perfect Crust, Cheese and Sauce. This is better than NYC! And just tried their Fried Ravoli - genius!!!!

Yummy! Yum! Yum! I love this neighborhood pizza joint. It tastes so authentic, I may as well be a flight attendant again hitting my favorite pizza spot on a layover in New York! Family run business. Clean restaurant. Chill atmosphere. Dine in, patio seating, or carry out...it's all good! The menu has excellent features and they are adding more selective choices, like cauliflower crust and vegan cheese to the menu. This is my kind of "slice of heaven!"
Really enjoyed coming in and being greeted with a northern accent. Being from New Jersey I was interested to try and it and the chicken parm sandwich did not disappoint. Very good and will be back for it again. Overall great service and checking in on us as well.
This is the real deal! NY pizza and all of the other stuff!!!!
A great find! All of the sandwiches I grew up eating.....
But the place needs an update, not comfortable to eat inside. .too bad because the food is good..
we had Lorenzos catering provide food for 40 persons for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Stephen was able to accommodate our dietary needs. We got chicken parm.,eggplant parm. and penne with vodka sauce. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. Would strongly recommend Lorenzos.
As someone from the north who resides in Tennessee it is really hard to get great pizza and this surely reminded me of home. I have to drop it a star as they only do whole pizzas after 3pm and all I wanted was a couple slices and it cost 18 dollars for that and a soda. More expensive then what I wanted to pay but all in all really good! Thanks for the memory of home right here in the south
Restaurant is amazing… look at my thankful son for being employed… He’s been racially discriminated his whole life and finally has an opportunity to get a job. I can’t describe to you how thankful he is… He also has multiple disabilities including air trumpet syndrome and making noises when “people” walk through the door…
We’ve had takeout from here many times, but we ate inside the restaurant for the first time. When you enter the restaurant, there’s an employee standing at what looks like a hostess stand, but he didn’t greet us. He just stared at us. I guess we were just supposed to know that he was waiting for our order. Super awkward. We asked if there were high chairs for our 9 month old, and we were told they were stacked in the back. We took our number and got our 3 kids situated while we waited for our food. The stack of high chairs was filthy-covered in cobwebs. We ordered a large cheese pizza and a sausage calzone. My husband asked if it just had sausage and cheese in it. One of the guys from the front went to the kitchen to check. He was told it would only have cheese and sausage. It took forever for the calzone to be ready (we were mostly done with the pizza). The calzone had peppers and onions inside, and lots of them. My husband told the employee who checked on this for him, and he was very apologetic and visibly annoyed at the kitchen staff. He gave my husband two slices of sausage pizza, and the kitchen staff made him a calzone as he ordered it to take with us. The front staff kept going back to the kitchen to address issues with orders, and they weren’t very busy. There were only two other tables with customers while we were there around lunchtime on a Saturday. The food is good, but the staff definitely needs training.
Pizza is outstanding, top notch. Service was bare bones, but given that all they do is bring out your pizza as soon as it's ready, that's all it needs. Nothing complicated.
This is a great place for apps and food. We tried the calamari, fries and wings. The wings were super crispy. They were flavorful not spicy. I didnt like the wings only come plain but they have plenty of other food to make up for that. This place pays respect to New York and still has a giant pic of NC on the wall. LOVE IT! The staff was smiling and friendly and checked on us a couple of time. The calamri was good and I think they make their own sauce. We are taking the kids back to try the pizza. The fact the prices are good and kids eat free pasta on Mondays, along with the quality, and perfect service. This makes it a winner for us:) Keep up the great food and service you will have alifetime family here!
