Fresh quality ingredients with great customer service! We were greeted immediately when we arrived and were given some recommendations on what's most popular because we were having a hard time deciding. It all sounded great! We got the Cali Salad, Crunch Chicken Wrap (buffalo style) and finished it off with banana pudding. Everything tasted wonderful and we continued to receive great customer service even after the meal making sure we were satisfied. Loved our first visit here and will definitely return!
I was a first time customer and asked for a recommendation. Was told a few of the favorites and ended up going with the turkey bacon wrap on tomato basil. All the ingredients were fresh and the bacon was crispy, and everything was spread evenly so that there was no clumping; very helpful and polite staff! I'll definitely be coming back.
So helpful! Had never been here and Wyatt and Meghan walked us through it. They were so nice and made our food really delicious. We had a vegetarian with us and wanted to make sure she had more than one option! Very very happy with our experience.
This place is Amazing. Everything I’ve ordered has been great (cilantro chicken bowl, flatbread, veggie soup, Crunch wrap). It can’t be compared to other healthy restaurants because it is so flavorful. Staff is also always friendly.
My cons are that they do not have a loyalty program nor do they offer discount for the BCP (Ballantyne Corporate Park) card. If I’m going to frequent an establishment, a loyalty program of some sort is appreciated.
Checked out this place for lunch. Space was small but clean. I ordered a make-your-own salad. It was fresh and yummy. Only reason for four stars is because workers weren’t using utensils to get the ingredients. It was tough eating it after watching them prepare it. Hope the process changes so I can continue to eat here.
Today was my first time getting a salad from Crunch Bistro and I must say it is delicious. I am very picky about my salads and this is on my top 3 list now. I got the Italian Chicken salad with grilled portobello mushrooms added. OMG sooo fresh and good. The guy making my salad almost missed adding the red onions that it calls for if it wasn't for me mentioning it. But overall I am very impressed!! Will definitely be back every time I go to Trader Joe's! Oh yeah, and they gave me two of the cups of salad dressing. Most places you have to ask for extra dressing. That was a plus!!
The food is very good and the ingredients top notch. This particular location suffers from a parking lot that's far too small for all of the businesses in the complex. That's not Crunch Bistro's fault but does effect the experience, thus I can only give four stars and notice five.
Great menu plus a build-your-own option for those nitpicky salad eaters out there. Very clean and inviting and friendly, helpful staff. Three excellent salads made to order in less than five minutes made for some happy munching. Will be a regular Crunch customer filling up my Bistro card for free meals
I eat here at least once a week. The options are endless though you can pick from the signature items as well. I am in love with the Tilapia Cali Crunch. Its the perfect place to for lunch. We seem to some days plan our schedule around doing lunch here. The rest of the foodcourt needs to get up on these healthy options. Oh.... pardon me it's almost lunch time! I eat good.... Oh then I feel good. Its that simple. Thanks Crunch <3

Excellent food and excellent service. My wife and my favorite is their bake salmon quinoa bowl, their salmon is delicious and their food is always fresh! I actually go there to het food for my wife and I at least 2-3 times a week.
A great healthy choice in the food court for lunch or dinner! I love all their salads, wraps and flatbreads. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. It has just the right amount of kick to it! The staff there is so friendly and always greets you with a smile. There is no question about it, Crunch Bistro is the best place to eat in South Park!
I tried Crunch for the 1st time on Wednesday of this week. I am offically in love!! I was greeted fairly quickly. The service I received from Joselyn was exceptional. I plan to eat there again today. My favorite is the Waldorf. I just wish there were more locations in the Charlotte area.

Quick doesn’t have to mean greasy! Great spot to stop in for a quick lunch before or after a shopping trip to TJ’s or the pet shop nearby.
