I came into Ocharley's not knowing what to expect, but what I got was absolutely fantastic. My server Hannah recommended me the Nashville hot chicken tenders and now I know what to get every time I come back. Come into Ocharley's and be amazed just like I was.
Food was tasty. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant. Menu selections were good. Price was right. No complaints from us.

This is an iteration of a chain restaurant that's made awesome by the people that work there. The food is good, as you'd expect, but not amazing. I frequent this place for their people. If you ask me, sit at the bar, and chat the place up. Especially the waitstaff. They can be hilarious, if you're cool with them. The management is engaged with the clientele, the servers are generally awesome, the food is consistently good... Try the chicken tenders appetizer with the honey mustard dip, and a nice IPA to round it out. I only give it four stars because it's not on par with a Double Eagle Steakhouse or similar. But I definitely enjoy dining here, and I think you will too!
My waitress Allie was really awesome and attentive! Super sweet and helpful, she handled my entire dinner party even though we were all really rowdy and indecisive. Also Steven the bartender was amazing with my drink order and really funny. The food was pretty good, but order the bruchetta chicken with the sauce on the side. It's really strong. Overall good experience!
Service was very good. My table we each had potato soup for lunch which one person didn't like so they took it off the bill. Restaurant was rather empty for a Friday at lunch time. The rolls are great and overall food is average but a good environment and good experience.
It was a gloomy day and I was riding by O'Charley's and decided to drop in with my children. The first thing I'd noticed was the new look on the exterior. When we walked inside, it was nearly full. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server, Randall was AWESOME. He got the orders correct the first time around and brought the food out prompt and everything was great. We didn't have to request any refills on our drinks. He came out to make sure everything was alright. The manager, Leslie also stopped by our table as well as other tables to make sure the customers were satisfied. There is nothing I can say bad about my experience there. I will be returning again.
Visited this site last weekend, was very impressed with the new menu. Many new items added, some old ones that need to come back. I had the Savannah Crab cakes, my poster had the Garlic Shrimp with linguini. The crab cakes are delicious, plump pieces of crab, stop a creamy corn mixed with tomato and bacon, drizzled with a mayo sauce. Very good dish, best cakes I've eaten in years. Will have them again. The garlic shrimp was good, but was lacking in shrimp (4 shrimp), for the amount of pasta served. Considering this was a dinner option, was not as impressed. Having eaten at this site several times. We was very happy with the changes. The staff was on their game, and checked with us often. Don't know if a new kitchen staff was hired, or just updated on skills, but we thought the food was better than our other visits. Was surprised the manager didn't check with us as before. I recommend that people check out the new menu items. I wish a couple old ones was still available.

The food was good and our server was very friendly. However, it took forever to get our drinks, bread and kept having to ask for things that should've been automatic. Something was off about the flow all together..maybe a management issue. I would give them another try though.

The waitress Luisa was the best she was very attentive and great with our son.
I had the chicken fingers, wife had honey fried chicken. Son had the cheeseburger.
It was all hot and delicious.

The staff was really nice and I ended up with the biggest piece of fish I have ever had. I mean this tilapia was easily twice the size of any filet I've cooked at home so three times the size any other restaurant has given me. I don't know if this is a usual thing because we were first timers. Can't wait to go back and see.
The reason for the reduction is because the host staff has been slow both times I've eaten here. Long waits with alot of empty tables. However, the food is great and the servers are excellent. Zack was our latest server and we were treated very well!

My husband and I eat here often. Food and service are always excellent. Our waitress Rachel expertly served us and was on point with every need. I ventured into the Bacon and Bourbon Filet Mignon cooked well-done as I requested and it was more than delicious but also so tender you could nearly cut it without a knife.
This would be a three star review, but the service just pushes it up to four - when it comes to the standard casual American dining, this is fighting with Cheddar's for the best spot in the University area, and O'Charley's is far more accessible. The food's good, especially for the price.
I've had some inconsistencies, though - a prime rib that was really too rare and chewy, a couple of steaks that have been too well-done for the medium-rare I normally order. I wish there were more appetizing healthy options - the vegetables you can order on the side are heavily buttered and salted, and most of the best savory foods they have on offer are drowning in butter, but I suppose that's what you're going to get with this kind of restaurant.
I always leave feeling full, and it always feels like I more or less got my money's worth - and the staff is really fantastic.
