I went to this location and I just moved here and I was greeted with a fresh sample and a 3 of the smoothies in my life. Then the manager presents me with a coloring paper for both my son and daughter on a genius method to bring in customers and it works with their customer service. #ExcellentJobEdibleArrangements1477

I love edible arrangements. However, this time around it wasn’t all that great. I always get the birthday fruit whenever it’s someone’s birthday and it’s usually amazing. I decided to try one because it was for my sister. This time, the chocolate was so thick it was so difficult to even bite into. I know you have to refrigerate it until you’re ready to eat it but the longer it was cold, the harder it was to bite into. I left it sitting on the counter so it could become room temperature but that didn’t even help. I might give this location one more chance, but the last batch got thrown away.
I live in Arizona and ordered an arrangement as a celebratory gift for a friend who lives in NC’s new baby boy. It was a big hit, and they said that everything was very fresh and the pictures they sent matched the description from the website. I would definitely order from this location again!

Everything was perfect; the order, the timing, the presentation. The guys even made a second trip because the recipients of the edible treats weren't home. There isn't a thing that I can complain about!

The arrangement got there in good standing before she left for the day. The associate I spoke with over the phone was courteous and extremely helpful throughout my many calls checking-in to see if the package had left the store yet. My sister said everything was delicious!
