It was my second visit at this location and it was surprisingly good. Came late morning to get a Cajun filet biscuit and an Egg biscuit but they put american cheese there which I didn’t ask for…anyways it’s a clean place to dine in and with good selection of soft drinks too. Employees were friendly.
Doing this visit it was hot and fresh. Now since it's automated at drive thru it's quicker. People are always nice. Bojangles bring back the rice bowls with the buffalo bites please
Stopped here later at night to grab my son some food on the way home from soccer. They actually have some decent vegetarian options like green beans and and coleslaw. Friendly drive-through staff.
Public announcement "This is the Best Bojangles in Charlotte ". Those black folks working at this Bojangles can cook, provide exceptional service, are Amazingly nice, clean (this Bojangles is Always clean) the food is always fresh, and did I say they are nice!!! There is a Bojangles near my house but I drive the extra mile because they never miss a mark! My son be like can we go to the Bojangles by the Outlet mall?

My favorite place to stop when I'm in Charlotte periodically. The young women there are always so sweet. I usually ask them about college when I see that they are on break and I’m in the area. Such sweet young adults. They always make sure my order is correct and the food is fresh. I love my supremes! Amazing location compared to others. Great to see them back and look forward to my next trip to Charlotte.
It was fast service! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, large bo round and Cajun filet biscuit and they had it ready when I pulled up! A plus it's right across the street from Starbucks 🤤🤤
Newer location. Very nice. Food was great as always. One of the best fast food breakfast you can buy. Clean and the staff was friendly.

I eat at this Bojangles often! The staff is great, the food is always hot! The other day I did have a issue with my order, but the manager Gloria was so nice and professional and she showed great customer service and replace my order with no problem. It was really good. The chicken was moist and fresh. The employees were all very welcoming and seemed genuinely thankful for the business. Such a refreshing change from most other fast food restaurants. I look forward to visiting again.
