Great Job guys the two gentlemen who prepared my order was spectacular. Ready to assist very pleasant and polite. Would come back here anytime. One thing toast the bread just a bit longer. 😋
The young lady went overboard and making sure. I got what I needed on my sandwich. I had a gift card. And I wanted to make sure I had enough money to spend in there. And she checkedidn't before I bought anything. Thank you, young lady you. It's a wonderful person to represent the Subway.
They just got done with lunch rush on top of them just having there food truck delivery. And they still prioritized my order. I appreciate good service.
Me being the understating man I am. I waited a little extra longer maybe 8 or 9 minutes past the ready time for my online order because the location I was at was short staffed like only one guy serving a boat load of folks. Anyway the wait was well worth it cause everything was fresh and my wrap was bomb!
They sold out of steak and they recommended rotisserie chicken. Im glad the steak ran out. Rotisserie my new favorite.
Customer service was exceptional.
They didn't have the 12 in flat bread.
The young made two 6 inch and charged me for a footlong!! Impressive
I love getting my morning breakfast from this place is delicious
Good subs at reasonable prices. Pretty friendly service as well. However, they keep the restrooms locked, so you have to ask a staff member if you want to use them. I understand why they do that, but it's still somewhat inconvenient, especially if they're busy serving other customers.
The Manager in Subway was awesome. It was Father's Day & she was alone. She made my foot long, it was delicious & helped me with a coupon code since I couldn't pull up the one I used online. Going back for another foot long today. Satisfied customer!
*Update Below*
The South Blvd. at Archdale Subway store used to rate higher until the last 5 months or so. The employees in the evening hours have made this the worst Subway I have ever been to. I have given them several chances to rectify their poor customer service but instead I have gotten to the point of complete and utter frustration. One particular lady tends to be the one that serves me every time I go here and get poor service, so this time I asked for the other employee to make my order instead thinking I would get different results. He did an ok job with the order. I didn't have to repeat myself 20 times and his ability to comprehend what I was telling him was acceptable unlike the other lady who I have had communication problems with every visit, not to mention her poor attitude. However, there was a lot to be desired in his basic sandwich making skills. I had ordered a meatball sub for my son and after he tried to shove one of the meatballs back onto the bread several times he gave up and proceeded to massacre the bread and get sauce everywhere and leave the meatball on the paper and just roll it up that way. My son ended up with a very messy sandwich but I let it go and didn't make a big deal about it. Then after he completed making my order I explained to him that I wanted to pay for two of the sandwiches and add points to my rewards card and then on a separate order use my rewards points I have accumulated to purchase the third sandwich. He seemed to understand unlike the other lady who no matter how I had explained it to her couldn't figure out what I wanted her to do and I ended up just paying for everything with cash. Then it all went south when he said I had a zero balance on my rewards card. Which of course we all know isn't true because I just purchased two sandwiches and got ten points for them and had a receipt that showed I had 74 points in total which I showed him. He repeatedly told me to try running the card again and ended up with the same results. Yet again I was unable to use my points at this location and had to use cash instead. I figured out that the zero balance must be the cash balance you would have if you have a gift card balance and showed him how that was on the receipt above the rewards points balance and made it clear it was rewards points I wanted to use. He couldn't figure out how to do it and told me to talk to their manager tomorrow morning. In my opinion they need to be trained a whole lot better. They don't know how to work the register to handle anything other than a normal transaction, no rewards, no giving your money back if they mess up, etc. As well as the ability to do their job in general. I also feel they should have a manager there because they need help. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location, this is a dump with bad service.
Update 10/07/22: This location has had a major turn around. The service is much better after multiple staff changes. The food is what you would expect and placing an order goes smoothly and without the frustration I had before. The Subway app however, no longer works correctly and I have found no way to fix it, even after contacting the app support team (they never responded). So now I cannot gain points towards discounts, nor use any coupons. This is a major problem when trying to get the best value for your dollar. Still, Subway's prices are cheaper than most sandwich shops. I would now recommend this location.
I been going here for an year it's a good service.
When I came, the two employees were slammed with a ridiculous order for 30 sandwiches. Even with that and more online orders coming, they were able to get me in and were extremely friendly.
The new manager is really getting his store into shape, a little rough around the edges, but such an improvement. From before.
