I went here today and ordered a strawberry shake. The gentleman that made my shake came outside and told me that he made it special for me. He had the biggest smile and he was so kind. I just wanted to make a review to say that the customer service that I received today was amazing, a big shout out to the man that was so very proud of his strawberry milkshake. It made me smile.
I wanted a Wet Walnut Sundae for quite some time. I went to Baskin-Robbins & it was exactly what I wanted. I used Black Walnut & Pralines n Cream, ice cream. The server was pleasant & seem to enjoy his job & the store was clean. I also purchased donuts which were also good.
Customer service was great. Took my children to get ice cream and I tries the Daiquiri Ice and OMG it was great!
We showed up five minutes before closing (sorry about that BR employees) but the staff was still super friendly and polite thanks for that I know we were probably pretty annoying walking in at 8:55
Took awhile to be served but friendly employees. Butter pecan, strawberry and mint choc chip almost like homemade and no bright artificial colors.
Always a great place no complaints, tell company needs a reward system for repeat customers, to help with pricing.
The little shift leader was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. She made me glad I stopped in.
Love this ice cream place..They need to get more ice favors
