Came in today (Saturday night), The girl with the pink hair at the register was so sweet and kind!
The guy cutting the meats was extremely rude not only to me but his partner and the customers behind me. Then he went in the back and starting slamming things. Other than this guys negative energy, the food was fresh and yummy as always (:
I've gone to this Jersey Mike's dozens of times. In fact, it's a little embarrassing how frequent it is.
I would say the majority of the time I get a 5* Experience. Friendly and fast employees. Especially now, I've noticed that this location has an A team.
Previously I would occasionally get some employees that were slow or frankly a bit rude. Some other minor issues include 2 instances of stale bread (very rare) and not taking into account requests via online orders (sort of common, but Jersey Mike's isn't subway).
Overall the food here is consistently very high quality for fast food, and I'm going to keep coming back.
I've never had a Philly cheese steak from here before but OMG was it a good one. I got the large and it fed my whole family and everyone loved it. Definitely found my new and only spot for those. Fresh bread, freshly cooked, friendly staff. Look forward to ordering more from here.
My sister and I went here this evening. The service from the cashier, Ray, was phenomenal. He had us smiling and laughing the whole time. The bread was fresh and sandwiches were delicious. I don't know why they have such a low rating. I will definitely be back!
The food here is made quickly and is amazing. the gentlemen that work here are always kind and will take care of you. I quit going to the dumpster across the street called jimmy johns after I ate at Jersey mikes! Highly recommend.
Love Jersey Mike’s but the reason for this 5 Star review is all about customer service. I’ve had good service at JM, but this cashier was exceptionally polite and appeared to love his job and people.
Sub shop was clean, people were friendly. Even supplied me with a complimentary mask since I got out of the car without mine. Sandwiches were tasty as usual!
So fresh and so delicious!! That says it all!! I love Jersey Mikes!!
