UPDATE 2021 visit
We went the again for our anniversary this year. Still loved this place. Just FYI, we reserved a VIP table upstairs when we got there and it was $80 for the night. It was very nice to know we had a comfy booth to go back to after dancing for a bit. We got there about 9 and had no problem getting the table.
They have updated some of their furnishings which was very nice touch. Willa add more pics soon.
Great place to hang with friends. Went just the ladiesand had absolutely the greatest time ever. Jody you are the beat. We will be back and thanks to a memorable night.
I went last night for my 49th birthday and had THE best time! One of the girls in my group reserved a VIP table and told them what we were coming for. From the time we walked up to the door I was treated like a superstar. They knew my name and was waiting on my arrival. I was made to feel very special on my day and the music hit all night. I will definitely have to go back! Thanks for a great night!!!
I LOOOOVED this club! Haven’t had this much fun at a club in a long time! Everyone is super friendly and nice! The bartenders and staff are really nice people! And the DJ (Jody) played AMAZING 80s and 90s music! I will definitely be coming back!
Everyone is super friendly! The DJ, bartenders and security were all lovely. The Roxbury is spacious and the dance floor in the basement is super fun and spunky. Great crowd to dance with too! I plan on coming back for another night of fun.
Dance floor opens at 10:30. Reasonably priced drinks. Great place to dance!!
Great place to party for 40 & above. Came for the 1st time last year September 30th for my birthday and have been back twice since. It's my 25th Anniversary and we are in Charlotte going to Roxbury tonight, 11/26/22!
Roxbury was awesome! Fast drink service, good prices & great music. Had a great time dancing and singing along to all the 80s & 90s music. Would definitely come back
First time at the Roxbury and it was the most fun I’ve had at a nightclub. The music was awesome and the drinks were strong. It was super crowded down stairs which surprised me but I wasn’t bothered by it. We got there at 11:30 and waited maybe 5 minutes to get in. We were there until the placed closed down. If you know your 80s/90s stuff then this is the place for you. I also loved the fact that there was a patio up stairs if you needed some fresh air. Will definitely be going back soon!
First time at the Roxbury and it was the best time I've had at a club. The music was marvelous and the beverages were solid. It was really packed down steps which astonished me however I wasn't annoyed by it. We arrived at 11:30 and stood by perhaps 5 minutes to get in. We were there until the set shut down. Assuming you know your 80s/90s stuff this is the best spot for you. I likewise adored the way that there was a deck up steps in the event that you required some outside air. Will be returning soon!

Based on the recommendations of a couple of friends I decided to celebrate my birthday here on a Friday night. It was my first time and most of my friends first time coming here but we all enjoyed it and had a fun night! Everything is 80s/90s themed including the decor and drink names. It's two floors with a bar on each floor, there is a dance floor downstairs and more of a seated area on the main floor but you can hear the music anywhere. They also have a large patio area with another bar and seating which is where we spent the last hour of the night once we got too warm inside (they had free cups of water outside too). It isn't your typical club scene which was a breath of fresh air, we weren't bothered by anyone throughout the night and everyone there seemed pretty cool and relaxed. The DJ takes requests (80s/90s music of course) and did play the songs we requested. Overall it was a really cool place that I would go back to anytime! The cover was $5 on a Friday.
The only negative was that the mixed specialty drinks were a bit pricey and not strong. They had some drink specials but nothing too appealing to my friends and I. Also, it's 21+ only for anyone that's wondering. My sister wasn't able to celebrate with me because of that, I figured it would be 18+ based on the theme of the club and it wasn't advertised anywhere online.

I had the best time here ever by myself I felt safe and excited to see the videos of MTV on the screens it’s a little tight down stairs dancing but I found me a spot n the corner by the speaker and fan and I was n heaven great music 🎶
Genuine 50/60's dance club with two levels and a patio. Most of the patrons weren't even born when these song came out. A few of us OG's in there
This bar has so much depth! There are 3 levels and so many different things to do. There’s an arcade, several bars, and downstairs dance floor. So much fun!!! Stacey and Shauna were absolutely amazing and made our anniversary trip so celebratory and amazing!
Club was jam packed with dancers, drinkers, and just down party people. Good DJ on the bottom and top. A bit muggy at times from being so packed. Great 👐 jams to vibe with. Bartenders are quick and cool. Me and my cousin had a blast at this spot. :)
