Went to our purchase a drink. Today was the firsth day of NC having to wear a mask and I forgot mine. Store manager, J. Phillips gave me one. He gently reminded me that the store sells them but he knew I was going to be out for a while and he wanted me to be safe. I really appreciated that.

I love this 7-11 it's my favorite in Charlotte the crew is the best not sure all their names but Chris a 19yr old kid always smiley always makes me laugh but it's not just him it's most of the staff there makes u feel welcome and always tends to their customers need and request thanks y'all r the best
Don't know why this store got 2.5 but all the staff is Cool,Friendly,Respectful,And Really treat you like family,The Male Supervisor with the pretty eyes, Talk the most junk, but in that good way, If you walk in there mad, you'll leave out smiling and laughing from something he done said.....
I'm handicappe and they ( the workers) look out for me everytime I go to the store.
This is usually an easy going store, but they have a woman who works the night shift (1:15am) named Lisa, corn rows, 5'7"-5"8", Black who has a nasty attitude towards customers. While I have been there many times, this woman always is negative and disrespectful towards customers. When she was told "A complaint would be lodged" she said 7-11 would not fire her. I think she hates her job. The store in itself is clean, always well stocked, other employees are very respectful, easy going, always helpful. This woman should be reprimanded because I am sure 7-11 does not know that she acts this way. I urge you to go to 7-11 during the morning, afternoon and early evening hours but by all means "AVOID" any interaction with this person as she is not a good representative for the store. Other employees are a joy to deal with, unfortunately this one is a bad apple. I give four (4) stars and without her attitude, I'd have given a 5...
It's fairly new.. small but all kinds of snacks and drinks including beer..
