I would recommend Morehead Tavern nice atmosphere , fantastic live jazz, great mixologist , food good , and price point excellent.
I had an event at Morehead tavern and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was accommodating, the food was great, the room was a perfect size. The people at my event said they had found a new hang out spot!!!!

Morehead offers a range of entertainment and they are all grown and sexy. The staff is always nice. The food and drinks are good. Always a good evening out whether on a date or just hanging out with friends. Year round fun.

The food, music, and environment was awesome. On Wednesday, there is a Sax player who is great. Go and check him out.

We had SO MUCH FUN at the Haunted Tavern! I was not expecting it to be as awesome as it was. The spook "Edith" (or Edna?) was absolutely amazing and the highlight of my night. Small groups going through the haunt together was such a fun experience. Please bring it back next year!
I had an awesome time at the haunted tavern!! It was just enough spooky and fun. I also enjoyed the creatively themed drinks. Get “The Vampire Kiss”. Highly recommend for your Halloween festivities!!
This was such a fun Christmas pop-up spot. We thought having the whole place to ourselves would be a bad thing... it was a blast! We got to take as many pictures since no one else was waiting after us. They were so nice and even set up the karaoke for us. The place is huge definitely perfect for a private event 3 floors 2 bars a nice patio w outdoor bar too. Only the main floor bar was open since it was just us.
I visited the Haunted Tavern this past weekend and I was surprised at the level of fun I had! The environment from walking in to the bar with a Dj and I loved the smoking drinks with gummy eyeballs!! I ordered the bloody wing basket and was not disappointed!! Now the Haunted House was fun and more than I expected!
Older establishment. Very clean and really large with 2 levels. Bars on each level and a kitchen. Adult game night was really fun. Parking in the rear as well as the entrance. If this place was updated it could be the best spot in Charlotte.

Inviting atmosphere great employees awesome security guard covid-19 restrictions being applied and it was a great place to celebrate my 50th birthday..I do you sent emails about special events or even reminders of the every weekend party/event.. i have missed a lot because i was unaware.
The Greek and Masonic Quiet Party was awesome...three DJ's and you get to choose who you listen to.
The Mac and Cheese festival was a lot of fun
This place is actually pretty dope. Great ambience and layout. It was super dead when we went, probably because of covid, but when the world is right again, I'll gladly return.
It would be nice if they did a little upgrading in the bathrooms and maybe close the doors to "staff only" areas.
Lastly, you can smell the bathroom at the bar - not a good look so I probably won't ever order food from them.
Had a great time at an all white party. A little slow to get drinks and food because they were short staffed. No fault of their own, just the way it is now. Nice cigar bar outside and patio for relaxing.
The live fusion of Jazz was really good. There were several musicians there that came up to the stage and had the opportunity to play. I really enjoyed it. Totally surprised it was not packed with people. You guys really need to visit this place on a Tuesday if you enjoy jazz.
