The vegetable primavera with zucchini noodles was exquisite. Not being a vegetarian, I considered adding chicken. I’m so glad that I didn’t. The wonderful flavors could not have been enhanced by any additions. We shared the Cashew Cheese and Kale Dip, and although I was quite skeptical, it was delicious. Creative vegetable dippers and flatbread pleased us all. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, but the food and service were first class.

Great urban vibe... Wonderful creative small plates that make you want to come back and try what you missed... And the music... Lounge relax me... I think I’ll stay for an after dinner drink... Love!

I really enjoyed my visit here. The space has a great atmosphere and you can tell that the owner really put a lot of time and care into the style of the restaurant. The food was wonderful, and I especially enjoyed their Orzo Salad. I can't wait to go back!

IMO, Solarium has the best dining experience in Chattanooga. The decor is amazing and the food/drinks are next level. We went for brunch recently and really enjoyed it. The savory waffle was life changing and the eggs benny were v good.

My wife and I decided to try this for brunch, and we are so happy we stopped by! The hotel was built in the early 1900’s and the decor is amazing. The restaurant the Solarium was sooo good. The atmosphere was incredible. We shared the duck egg rolls, the chicken sandwich (add bacon), and the Orzo pasta salad. Everything was delicious! The pasta salad has green olives and they are strong, but I love green olives so we enjoyed it. The chicken sandwich was by far the best I’ve ever had! We will be back.

Breakfast all day...I had poached eggs (w hollandaise sauce) organic chorizo and arugula for the price of MCD'S just about... And a Glenlivet neat. My luncheon companion did the midnight burger and a champagne of bottle beers! Background music was stan getz which made such a restful experience - all good.
