We got up to the building and my husband was like this is where we are going? I said yepp we walked in and he was like oh wow! The cleanest one yet! Much cleaner than the one by home that we always go too. Can’t help that.. we love the food! I get the same thing always.. my husband changes it up, always great! Our waitress was an older shorter lady with black hair. At first we were not sure if she was kind of a crabby old lady or not… well my husband made a little joke and she burst out laughing! After than we seen her smile ! Food was great and crazy fast and our waitress was great too! Thank you guys for a great Breakfast at Lunch time!

Okay. I am giving this a 4 only because of previous experiences. I wish I was a better reviewer and didn’t only review when things are bad, but I can’t help myself. So, to be clear, the other few experiences I had were GREAT . BUT, I just can’t comprehend why when I put in a To-go order at 11:00am and show up there at 11:38 they say it will be an hour wait for 1 item. What’s the point of putting in an order well ahead of my 1/2 hr lunch if it won’t be nearly ready when I get there? I told them to cancel it because I did not have an hr to wait. I didn’t say anything more there because I was so taken aback, but I was wondering why they hadn’t even begun to process a small order I put in 1/2 an hr ago; there wasn’t even that many ppl in the restaurant. Again, the food that I’ve had here was really great so I’m giving it a higher rating because the only problem I had was this 1 out of 5 instance. I was very much looking forward to the delicious stuffed hashbrown that i had before. But I don’t think I’ll be going back because I can’t waste my 1/2 break.

Waitress was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job serving us. Excellent. Food was good. Price was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable

The menu clearly says they offer free refills on hot coffee and tea, but our server, Suki, insists that she has to charge me for a second tea bag. Would she bring someone a cup of hot water if they asked for a refill of coffee? It's ridiculous! I called the corporate Customer Service line and filed a complaint. Their follow up email thanked me for contacting them, but there was no offer for a complimentary cup of tea on my next visit. This is clearly an issue of false advertising combined with an attitude of indifference, which is why I will not eat at any Huddle House again. EDIT: The General Manager of this Huddle House called and apologized. She said they just got new menus and they used to charge for tea refills and no one had read the new menus. She was very nice and offered me a free meal. I do appreciate the effort and I'll give them another try.
