This location literally NEVER disappoints! Even when they almost do they don't. I ordered from them today, delivery to my job, and for some reason my food never arrived. I called to see what the issue was and a manager went and researched it. He, after apologizing profusely, had the food remade and redelivered to me. Not only was it VERY prompt the second time around but they did not charge me and they gave me a chocolate chip cookie for free. Just excellent service always! Thank you so much I'll be ordering again soon!
We made it out of the Outer Banks this afternoon after waiting for the storms and the flood waters to recede, but after driving for several hours and finding no restaurants open, the manager at Panera kept the restaurant open just a few minutes longer on what I'm sure was a very stressful Sunday to allow this very pregnant momma some dinner. I cannot thank you enough. What a wonderful experience.

So, I never write reviews, but today I have to! We were pleasantly surprised with the manager on duty at this location! My family and I came in earlier today and got a takeout order. Once we got home, we realized that we were missing something from our order. My husband called the restaurant and the manager (Scott or maybe Sean? I think his name was Scott) answered. He offered to refund us or give us a voucher for our next order, but my husband was like...I just really want my sandwich. Lol. So instead of my husband having to go all the way back up there to get it (we live in hickory)...the manager actually came all the way out to us and personally delivered our sandwhich with his apology for the mix-up and he even threw in a cookie. With the way poor service is so common these days, I was honestly extremely impressed and shocked with him going above and beyond. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I meet with a small group once or twice a week. The staff is truly delightful. Rachel and Ashley specifically are so very pleasant, especially that early in the morning.
Just witnessed an act of kindness that truly blessed my heart ♡ a young lady was in the back of your store with her books stretched out on every inch of her table, along with her laptop open. She was completely focused in her studying when an employee handed her a chocolate chip cookie. The look of surprise radiated from her face as she looked up and told the employee that she did not order the cookie. The employee response was priceless as she asked her, do you like chocolate? She quickly responded yes with a huge smile on her face � Employee: I figured you use a chocolate break right about now ♡ #kindnessalwayswin #weareoursisterskeeper #thereisalwaystimeforacookie

You have GOT to try the Grilled Mac & Cheese Sandwhich yall, it is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! Also they're new pizza is wonderful! A but greasy, but very thin & worth the price :))
