The food is GREAT and having some refreshments with friends tops the evening -- have a designated driver! I was visiting Cheyenne and met with folks, and Uncle Charlie's made for a great evening! Enjoy the food and spirits -- designate a driver if you drink!!
Uncle Charlie's is a great place to hangout and have a good burger. I recommend starting with the Rocky Mountain Oysters. The wings are crunchy and that adds a nice counterpoint to the cold beer. You can have a nice conversation with the people at the table and not have to shout to be heard.
