I love this small Whole Foods! It's the perfect size for my neighborhood, and it has everything I need for my weekly grocery shopping. The produce is always fresh and delicious, and the meat and seafood counter is top-notch. I also love the selection of prepared foods, which is perfect for busy weeknights.
The staff at this Whole Foods are always friendly and helpful. They're always happy to answer my questions and make recommendations. I also appreciate that they're always willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I'm looking for.
Specifically the cheese section- they have amazing samples and I am over the moon with the selection here.
Whole foods always has consistency in their hot bar and pizza on a national level, from Florida to NYC to here in Chicago. The pizza isn't 100% identical to a NY pie but it's very very NY inspired and it's the same quality no matter where you are in America. If you like NY pizza you'll like whole foods pizza as it's quite similar about 98% similar to a NY pie.
Definitely enjoyed visiting and exploring this Whole Foods location. Overall clean, organized and well-stocked with inventory and all types of food. Recommend this store to anyone looking to grab a bite to eat or for groceries for the home.
Love this whole foods location.
Really sad their breakfast bar does not really exist anymore, they used to have the best grab and go breakfast. Still, their hot bar selection is pretty decent for lunch and dinner and the pastries are yummy. It is quite expensive though, 12$ per pound for the combined hot bar and salad bar is really overpriced, given there is also lots of items like mashed potatoes or salad greens that should definitely not cost 12$ per pound….
Good place to buy fresh food and it was good within walking distance from my hotel. Very tidy and most staff inside market were kind but the staff at self counter was very exhausted and didn't help customers well. she looked like she doesn't want to do anything.
Always a delicious 😋 experience at Whole Foods. I gotta the white fish with capers and olives, General Tsao Tofu and Cauliflower, macaroni and cheese, mixed veggies, and a kale and tortellini soup. I was so pleased with the taste of the food and the freshness. Chicago Whole Foods is a win!!!
I love this whole foods - it used to bring me so much comfort to walk through a whole foods when working in the city.
The store is logically organized. Things are well stocked.
Everything's as you would expect in a common whole foods.
It’s a expensive supermarket… but i like to buy soup and bread.
The soup’s price are: 4,99 small, 7,99 medium e 10,99 large.
For the brazilians people, they have many good options of food like beans, rice, salad, chicken and meat. It’s a self service and the bowl is $12 per 1lbs.
I’ve had breakfast in this place and it was good.
Omg I wish we had grocery stores like this where I live! They have sooo much fresh foods.
This particular Whole Foods is especially busy considering it's location, setup, ambiance, cleanliness, treatment, and more. From the first time I came here I have loved coming back. They have almost anything and everything you could need or want. They are very huge on healthy eating options. The buffet area is the only area I wish they would pay more attention to. If you get there immediately after they put the food out it will be great. I unfortunately am not always fortunate enough to know when they will put fresh food out. Breakfast gets cold quite rapidly and eating cold eggs is not appetizing. The lunch and dinner food is quite extravagant and extensive. There is a very wide selection to choose from. Everyone in this location is friendly, helpful, and caring. I have never met one that doesn't want to go above and beyond to assist. Even the coffee shop and bar is friendly, and fresh. You never have to cook if you shop here. They have more than you can ever want. Great wine selection. Awesome fruits and vegetables. If you live anywhere in the loop or are staying in the loop this is the best place to go.
I was out of town on a work project for 2 weeks. Got sick while I was here. Kept coming back for the soup & deli! The people working there were super nice & helpful in finding what I needed. Thank you Whole Foods family.
As usual Whole Foods Market is absolutely awesome. This location in particular is one of my favorites I've ever seen. It's a really big store. There are a lot of items to choose from. We had freshly made Sushi which was fabulous. We ordered the shrimp salad it was amazing and also a breakfast burrito. Four people and we were all satisfied. We all got different things. The fresh meat case looked absolutely amazing, wish I had room to take it home. The cheese selection is out of this world.
My new fav supermarket in Chicago!
A Whole Foods with a bar - beer on tap starts at $4. G&t for $5. Happy hour Monday to Friday 4-6p gets you $1 off beer and wine. Oh and of course you can do your grocery shopping too!
Nice store environment. Concrete ceilings provide a cool warehouse vibe. Cashiers are pretty friendly. They have a big produce section, however sometimes things can be a little less than fresh. Perhaps that's because they don't use chemicals. They have a great cheese and wine selection. Lots of grains also. Good music which makes it a pleasant shopping experience. Lots of self checkout registers so it goes fast to check out.
Great shop with pretty much everything you could want. The olive bread in particular is absolutely incredible. Staff are always very friendly and usually isn’t too busy.
A clean decent, and reasonably priced store that will satisfy your food and general grocery needs when in this part of Chicago city. And definitely check out their 2-slice pizza while you’re there, I got mine around $7.50
Super big whole foods store. The pre-cut fruits are fresh and delicious as a snack especially in the hot Chicago heat! Perfect to eat along the river walk and along Lake Michigan during the late afternoons with the breeze blowing 😆
