This is Chicago pizza! A-1, top drawer, the big cheese!! My favorite, could you tell? I’ve been eating (and drinking) here since I was 17 back in the, never you mind... it’s busy, it’s cramped, it’s loud and it’s usually a wait, all worth it! A great knowledgeable staff, great bar, good times! Pequods, Lou’s & Gino’s (in that order) are great, better and mentionable, but there is no substitute for eating here. Unless at Uno’s down the street. (not at that franchises crap...)

We had a large group on a Sat night with kids of all ages, staff was very accommodating! I am actually not a fan of deep dish, but for this type, it was not too heavy, but substantial, all our toppings were well infused between layers! I ended up eating a lot more than expected. Everyone loved it!

Haven't been here to eat in 20 years. Still the best deep dish on the planet.

Tasty pizza, even better than Uno. Mike our server was awesome, even though they were busy! It’s a favorite stop of ours.

Super cool deep dish pizza place in Chicago. Recommended to us by locals. A short wait as we didn't have reservations- maybe 10 minutes. It's a small place, seating for maybe 60. Simple awesome menu. We tried 2 different salads, thin & deep dish pizza, meatballs, oreo shake. Meatballs- 10 Shake- 9 Salads- 9 Pizzas- 10 Service was bad. No other way to describe it. But we were on vacation, had time to spare, and got great Chicago pizza.

I finally made it and it didn't disappoint! The staff was friendly.....it was a little packed but since we where a party of 2 they did accommodate. Expect a 45 minute wait for pizza. But worth the wait..... The deep dish pizza is very feeling and you can literally taste that all the ingredients are fresh. The smoothies are also very mouth watering. If your in Chicago it's a must go.

Loved the deep dish pizza, Bruce our server gave 5 star service but the atmosphere I give a 3. But honestly when food and service is 5 star I don’t care much for atmosphere. We ordered an individual salad and three of us were able to share it. We also ordered spaghetti with meatballs and that came with a salad. The deep dish pizza comes with a warning: it takes 45 minutes to make. We happily waited and it was less time. We did come at a time when it want too crowded. We enjoyed our food and even has leftover to take back to our hotel. This restaurant was only 2 blocks from our hotel. Definitely recommend coming here!

Adventuring in Chicago has to include deep dish. At least that is what everyone not from Chicago says. So we did the only logical thing and began the search. Day one in the windy city, this place caught my eye. Everything about it looks like it was frozen in time in the 1950s. There was a bit of a wait to get seated, but man, oh man, I would of camped out now knowing how great the pizza is. The pizza sauce was ah maze ing. It was so fresh, perfectly balanced, and you can taste the authenticity in it. The dough was supper soft on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. Great experience, great food, and great people. I was so glad I listened to my gut and did the whole deep dish thing even though I'm from Jersey and Frank's still got my heart.

I went by myself and sat on the bar, had an individual traditional pizza with a cocktail and then some beer (and cheesecake as dessert), always following the suggestions of the barman (Alex, if I'm not mistaken), who was very pleasant and easygoing to talk, but also respectful and not invasive. The food was very good (but you always have to remember to have some patience when ordering deep dish). For a real 'Chicago pizza' experience I would recommend it rather then anywhere else.

A culinary touchstone. You have to come here at least once. The buttery crunch of the crusty deep pie is something truly unique. Vegetable slices as a starter looked a little sad, carrots and cauliflower had certainly seen better days (weeks?). The cheesy garlic bread was delicious. Decent local tap list, prices were eye-watering though! We had the spinach/broccoli pie and the 'default' meat pie. Both fantastic. The individual size, the smallest, was fine for me. One slice will knock you out, so plan a sit down activity for after lunch If you're visiting Chicago, you're coming here or to Uno, regardless of reviews - and it's worth it.

We went walking up and down Michigan Ave and got an appetite. So we came across this place. We decided to eat here because I was craving pasta. Once inside, there was not much on the menu for pasta, just pizza. Pasta had 2 dishes and I went with spaghetti and meatballs. The other dish was Pene Pasta with meatless sauce. I also had a house salad that was delicious. The spaghetti sauce was Ok, but I still ate it all. Barry was very nice and attentive. The Atmosphere was cool. Maybe next time I'll try the Pizza.

Loved loved this place! The pizza was phenomenal. We did not get the deep dish and it was the best decision. The cheese breadsticks were great too. It’s a little cramped in the basement where we sat. Fun experience overall! The building had a cool old vibe to it! Our waiter was great too!

I first visited Chicago about 15 years ago and a distant relative took me to try out my first Chicago deep dish pizza at Uno. Unfortunately when I went there, their basement had flooded and they were unable to seat us but they referred us to their second location at Due, conveniently across the street. The first bite of my deep dish pizza brought me straight back to my first time trying Uno's pizza 15 years ago. The crust was flaky, the sauce was delicious and the toppings were plentiful. If you want to try a true piece of Chicago, you gotta try uno or due!

Been coming to Due’s for more than 40 years and it’s still my preferred pizza over UNO’s. Great atmosphere and good pizza if you like Chicago style.

The pizza here is the best in the world. The overall atmosphere is authentic and the people are always super nice. These deep dish pizzas are super filling. If you’re enjoying it yourself, get the smallest size. Even the small is perfect for three people. The cocktails are good and the prices are very reasonable.

I loved the pizza sauce. It's a sweet tomato sauce. For me and my hubby we ordered a small. It's 4 pieces. 2 pieces does fill you up. They have Pepsi products. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. There are steps to go down when entering and leaving. They offer frozen pizza to go. Their menu is full of other items than just pizza. I will be back. Their Cesar salad looked really good.
