Great salads! I subbed beef on the chicken salad salad and the ranch sauce! You won't regret this place to eat.
Side note: I left with my cellphone and wallet In my pocket where they belonged.

And you can't roll back the camera for customers. Business roll back cameras for police. Because they can handle making a scene.... you confront the person and get stabbed. It really is in your best interest not to know.
Great turkey club sandwiches. Great menu with a variety of sandwiches to choose from. Clean inside and outside. Enjoyed eating outside with family and friends.
a great place for a quick lunch! Their sandwiches are always tasty and fresh, the milkshakes are FABULOUS, and there are enough choices to please even the picky eater.
We have nothing like this at home. The bread was AMAZING!!! All employees were Smiling and friendly!!! Thank You we enjoyed our lunch!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite as my wife and I were rushing back to our hotel and what a pleasant surprise! The roast beef sandwich was fantastic! Oh yeah, don't forget the pumpkin pie cookie. � Nice people and great food.

My family and I stopped for lunch, we were on vacation there from eastern Pa. The food was terrific and the whole package was very nice.
We all loved it!!! Kids said i wish we have this back home in Missouri. It was so good and only paid 22$ for 5 yummy sandwiches for brealkfast!
ongosh i lovethis freakn place !!! i went to visit my son in chicago and he took me to potbellys n i fell in love i tell any and everyone i know who ever visits chicago to go and check out heaven in a sandwich!!!!!!! We def need a potbellys in eastern kentucky!!!!!! .

First time at a Potbelly Sandwich Shop! We were super hungry while exploring Chicago,
So we stopped in for a bite!
Our party got the Avo Turkey & The Mediterranean in the Skinny size with a side of Broccoli and Cheddar Soup & The Steakhouse Beef in the original size.
The portions are big, even the skinny sandwich was big for me. I had the Mediterranean and swapped my soup with a family member for some Zapps BBQ chips, and I was a happy camper, flavor was good and as a fan of spicy, my spicy needs were met.
I did have the chance to try the Hot Peppers and boy are they HOT.
Overall nice stop :)
First time trying this place and thought the food tasted really good. You can customize ingredients to your liking. Shout out to the staff working there. Super friendly, helpful, and positive attitude!
Yesterday I had a really bad experience at a restaurant and didn't end up getting any lunch. This Potbelly is located in the building I work in, so I went in figuring I would grab some soup and sulk at my desk. The staff were so polite, however what made this memorable was an employee named Taurus. As I was ordering my items, I presume my emotions were showing on my face and she offered me a free cookie, as well as telling me she hope my day get better. This was one of the most kindest acts that was unexpected. I didn't know the bad experience I literally just had could be seen by others, and for this woman to go out her way to attempt to cheer me up and have a better day. These are the type of people you need in customer service industry jobs. I want to say thank you Taurus as YOU did make my day and it was better because of your kind act.
Don't think I would have survived college without this establishment. I probably sampled their entire menu. My favourites are 1) chicken salad sandwich, 2) turkey breast sandwich, 3) meatball sandwich, 4) tuna salad sandwich, and 5) mushroom melt. I always went with big and whole grain/multigrain. Yumm!!
I was very full when I visited this place but I really enjoyed the milkshake i got it came with little cookies on the straw. Very charming!
Service was great. Food was hot and I received my order fast. White bread was underwhelming but otherwise I quite enjoyed the meatball
Nice like place to have a break from the museum. Clean. Great service. Cheerful staff. Tasty sandwiches that are reasonably priced. I tried their Turkey Fresco and it was very good. My wife had the chicken sandwich and she liked it. We did share a big pickle that was huge.
I ordered the vegetarian sandwich and it’s really great. The way they made it was really awesome and the price is really worth it.
Had the roast beef horseradish sandwich. Fantastic sandwich, enjoyed it more then any sub from Subway
Potbelly will not let you down for a quick lunch. This one is located in Merchandise mart first floor. Their salads is yummy as well!
