This place was recommended by a bartender who was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of a great tasting beer. I stopped in to buy some Beezer beer but they were sold out. I ended up looking over the menu, finding succulent and mouth watering combinations to an awesome dinner. Our waiter was alert, attentive and very helpful in helping us pick out our meal. Great service!! As I was about to leave I noticed a stack of board games laying about and a large open space in the back which housed a bean bag arena in front of the distillery. This place was so comfortable and the atmosphere easy going. I highly recommend it and I look forward to going back with my sons and hanging out. Thanks Old Irving for giving me a reason to look forward to Monday’s! Your Triple B special was the BOMB!!

The food is out of this world and the beer is the best damn beer I’ve ever had. Everyone are really nice and cool People! Been coming here for a while and love the atmosphere. They need to bottle their beer and sell it in stores!!!

Great brewery! Was here the other night with a group for a Birthday outing. Very friendly folks, nice atmosphere and great beer! They are also very responsive with messages. Wasn't able to try the food but everything looked and sounded good. I recommend checking this place out.

This was the main dinner spot on my list to go and I couldn't be more impressed with the food. Food: As expected, I got the customary pretzel sticks with beer cheese, but I ended up having an amazing "Mac of the Month" meal which I can't honestly remember how it was made, but was absolutely outstanding. My friends got fish and chips and a sandwich which they both really enjoyed. Service: our waitress was very nice and accommodated us despite it being very busy. Aesthetic: traditional brewery style with a few TVs and ample seating. Convenient location too near the Blue Line.

Love the service; love the food. Amazing food. I even like their key lime pie, which I usually don't like. But this is the only place I'll order it. Brisket tacos, burgers, beet salad, Mac&cheese, all amazing. Even the salads are next level. My only 1 contention is how loud it gets in there. We were shouting across the table by the end. There's no sound insulation hanging from the ceiling; no rugs; no curtains. The sound bounces off everything. I'm taking a star off in the Atmosphere category due to that.

Definitely recommend. We stopped by since we were in the area, but it was great and hope to go back. We were hungry and tried all kinds of apps. To drink I had the Bloody Mary, wasn’t in much of a mood for beer- one of the best bloodies I’ve ever had, and it had a side car of a beer. Perfect combo, I will say though, it is quite spicy so beware, but worth skipping the beer. We started with the roasted brussels sprouts, they were very tasty, I don’t love goat cheese, but it wasn’t as apparent. I did try to eat around it. These were very good. We also had the fried zucchini, this was my least favorite. They weren’t bad, the garlic vinegar seemed a little oily? Again, not bad, just a few others that were better. We also tried the cheese curds- delicious 10/10!! You need to try them, these are not just your typical cheese curds, the spice really sets them apart. For I had the ZLTA, which was a zucchini sandwich, as I said above I didn’t love th zucchini on its own, but in the sandwich it was very good. The veggies were extremely fresh. I don’t usually love aioli but decided to try it anyway, tasty! Service was courteous and we got our food and drinks very quickly. Everything was fresh or just out of the oven/fryer. Very good, we loved it here. Must try!

I love the old warehouse feel of this place. Adds to the ambiance. The food here is good, and the beer is refreshing. The Kolsch is always my favorite here...such a good 🍺.

I thought this place was amazing. I just got off the blueline from the airport. I was hungry, thirsty and still had my luggage. They let me store my luggage, and I sat at the bar. Tried their Hoppy Lager, very nice. Ordered a wood fired cheese burger with bacon, medium. WOW! That burger was 🔥 🔥. I tried their stout, my god! It was almost like dark chocolate liquor! The Cushy mango peach sour beer was amazing off tap, so i bought some togo. It definitely should be poured into a glass at home. But it was very good. Like a tart cider. My cab got messed up, so I ordered a scotch and waited.. the bar tenders were both awesome, especially considering how busy they were. I'd love to go again. Plus the awesome bartender had cool tattoos. 🤩

So it appears I’m all in for this establishment. We floundered over here after not wanting to commit to a long night of Halloween themed revelry. Was a bit crowded but we managed to find like a small ish corner of bar space, kind of in the dark corner, like we like it. The staff seem to be really symbiotic and people who may have been bussing, also took our order. The crew were mysteriously jovial, for having to work on Saturday night. Libations were top notch as were the food offerings. I shall now upload a photo for your viewing .

Good bar food with a twist on your classic menu. Everything is good and a large selection of beers of course. Family friendly too. Always lots of families. If you are in the area you should try.

Absolutely love it every time I come here. The servers and bartenders are really nice, the service is fast, and the food is fantastic. Their “Cushy” series (fruited sour ales) and their “Thoughts” series (Hazy IPAs) are some of the most creative and tasty beers I’ve had in the Chicagoland area!

I hosted an event after hours and was very pleased with everything. The staff was helpful and the food was delicious. The variety of beer, as well as the quality, was quite impressive. We had a late arrival and ordered a burger which smelled and looked amazing. I will definitely be going back to try it!

I always, always love coming here. The beer list is always amazing. However, the food is incredible. The zucchini is amazing. Their wings are great. Most recently, I ordered the Mac & Cheese of the month and it was amazing.

This place is very well managed. The service was excellent; a constant fluid motion of service. I had the steak salad, medium-rare, well seasoned, good portion, and the dressing was perfect! I sampled 4 different beers, all surprisingly good. The only downside was the noise level. This is not an intimate setting for quiet conversation. 🙂

I love the ambience of the place - it's very warm and inviting. We had a good size party there and I had the Tokyo Chicken sandwich and it was fine - I did have an issue with the timing of the plates coming out to the table. I was one of the first ones to get my food. So I waited for the rest of the table to get their food thinking it should be coming shortly. About the 5 min mark and the food started trickling in, but not everyone got their food yet. People were polite and waited. I would say - it took about 8 min in by the time everyone that ordered got the food at the table. The sandwich was fine, but cold by then.

Only recently had I tried some of their beer and it was really good so being in town with some free time I wanted to stop in and check it out. Easy to get to and Street parking out front is a bonus! The food was great and the beers are awesome. I had the Tokyo hot chicken sandwich which was really good, and while it almost had too much going on it was made perfectly. The beet salad is very good also. The portions are generous, even the kids meals were pretty big!

We go to OIB on a weekly basis and are never let down. Brews are in constant rotation with really creative cocktails if you aren’t a beer person, and the food is consistently amazing. We like to take advantage of the wings/burgers of the week a lot and they are always willing to swap out specialty burgers with vegan patties :) Especially recommend the wood-fired octopus and of course cheese curds.

Had a great time for a bite and beer after work. I tried the smoked hefeweizen and loved it! Subtle smoke. The food was also excellent We had the pretzel sticks (crisp and fluffy), the caulifalafel (needs a touch of salt), the cheese curds (perfect), and a great beet and goat cheese salad. Special mention to the sauce work, really tasty!

This brewery is a hidden gem. The food was absolutely stellar. I had an impossible burger and we shared vegan egg rolls. My partner had the wood fired burger. Service was awesome. The beer selections was good.

They have a monthly mac and cheese and weekly wing flavors that I’m always excited to see. I’m not into beer but my boyfriend is and they always enjoy themself. Staff are super friendly and the establishment is environmentally conscious.

Awesome brewery with delicious food options! Really enjoyed their European style Helles lager and Maibock beers. I would also suggest getting the Reuben fritters as those were delicious. The staff were also kind and attentive, getting us drinks quickly and checking in often to see if we needed anything. Loved sitting in the large tap room area with the windows pulled up to the street.
