They also have bottled sparkling water and an assortment of root beer. It is the slow season in Chicago this time of year and there was no line at 1100 AM. A chocolate chip cookie 🍪 was the perfect desert. Try Potbelly Sandwich Works, you will not be disappointed. Now, back to exploring the Public Art of Chicago and the Pedway underground walk way system.

Menu was a bit hard for first time should be a simple selection of flavor bun and size but is the other way around. Tried the roast beef excellent did not know it was toasted. Not sure if that is standard or they just don't ask and assume. Will be back.
The sandwiches are so good. The cookies were perfect. Do not leave without a cookie.
I ordered with the phone app as I have done many times before and found it was the wrong sandwich after I got back to my desk. I called and they couldn't have been nicer. They remade and delivered it to me in 15 minutes. Great customer service and awesome sandwiches. I'm definitely a loyal regular customer from now on!
Really great sandwich shop. They toast their sandwiches and have a menu with old favorites and some that will be new favorites.

Nice place! The line is quite long, but it moves along at a reasonable speed. The seating is limited, so except that you may not get a seat. It's inside another building, so you can sit outside of their space without an option. The food was good!
The ordering was quick and the sandwich was delicious. I got the 6" Wreck sandwich but should've gone for the 9" instead! I especially enjoyed the buttery taste on the bread. Other sandwich shops should learn from this place!

Just tried the soup, sandwiches, chips and cookies for the first time this weekend and loved every bite! Great broccoli cheddar soup and the sandwiches were perfectly toasted! Excited to see the chips were the Zapp's brand! Similar to Panera, but better.
