Yessss.... Visiting from Detroit and staying at the Sheraton hotel.... Loved the food, service, and the patio. Karaoke was a plus... Worth the 10 minute walk.

Walked in right as they opened. Just got in town and wanted something traditional. Had good reviews so I stopped in. Greeted immediately. Menu in hand I couldn't make up my mind. A ton of great burger selections. I ordered the basic burger with Tatter tots as a side and it came out with fries, but that was quickly fixed with a huge plate of tots. (Thanks Kelly! My Coke only ran out once. The food was great. Basic burger with crisp pickles and a house sauce. I will return for more food. Maybe checking out the Karaoke.

Great bar. Fun atmosphere. Watched the final four here. Was fairly inexpensive compared to many places nearby. Nelson was the best as well. He helped us pick from many choices of beer on tap and never let us down. Definitely be going back on our next visit to the Windy City.

Went here after work with friends to celebrate my birthday, it was a Friday we got a great table, Roger was our server and was excellent,. Attentive but not over bearing and kept us laughing. Food was Good but it was bar food. Drinks were strong and good. And karaoke got going at 9pm

Great place! Enjoyed the food, beer, and atmosphere. Our waitress Alexa gave us great tips on local fav spots which we will appreciated! Mac and cheese bites were yummy, but the jalapeno ones weren't as hot as I thought they would be. They were still good!

What a great place. Went for the first time this past Saturday night and had a blast. 5 stars for ambience - it's a "dive" bar, but with a great crowd. The décor is board-game themed (and there are a ton of board games to play) and the crowd is very eclectic and friendly. The woman who ran karaoke on Saturday was very energetic and great at getting the crowd involved and singing. Will definitely be going back.

An amazing restaurant. Food was phenomenal, cheap, and portions were huge. Had plenty of flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff was great, but only one person was working that night. Waited a bit longer then I'd like, but the staff was extremely nice, and the hilarious entertainment made up for it. 10/10

Mac n cheese bites were awesome. Wings were the best I've had. Beats Buffalo WW. Sampled the BBQ pulled pork, Greektown & Uptown burgers. You could taste the quality!! Would highly recommend. Servers were great. They even held our food for us so we could catch a local show, since we were in from out of town. Great food, thanks for the experience!!

I've been here a few times now, both before and after their Bar Rescue debut. I like the new menu a lot - I typically order multiple fried mac n cheese bites each time I come! It gets very loud in there, especially if you accidentally show up on karaoke night like my last visit. I would recommend this place if you have a large group, the floor plan is very open and they can rearrange tables easily.

We took a taxi to the Blue Frogs Local22, We were two Ladies in town for a business weekend and it was my friends birthday. Alittle worried about the big City, We trusted the reviews. I'm do glad we did. We were welcomed by busy, happy bartenders and a big fun karaoke crowd. We had a great time. Keep up the good work. Well be back next year. 🤗🍹

This place bills themselves as serving “the best burger in Chicago” and they may be right. I certainly can’t remember having a better burger than their “Back O’ Da Yards” burger. Funny thing is, it didn’t contain beef. The ground pork patty had been cooked medium well, with a great crust on the surface, yet moist in the center. Two crispy onion rings and a generous serving of bacon rounded out the cooked ingredients. The bun was perfectly grilled, and the smoked gouda added a nice creaminess. A great burger. I was also impressed with the mixed green salad I chose as a side. The greens were fresh, as were the accompanying, cucumber, onion and shredded carrots, and the blue cheese dressing, served on the side, was excellent. There is a nice selection of draft beers. I really enjoyed the smoky stout I chose. There are plenty of items on the menu other than burgers, although they’re obviously a specialty. There are also plenty of TVs for sports fans, but i was pleased that the audio at lunch time when I visited ran more to Black Sabbath than sportscasts. I’m glad this place is so close to my home base, as I will be a frequent visitor.

Hard to place this bar. Has the feel of a dive bar but I would not put it in that category. Dark room with dark would floor, table tops and bar top. It has pretty good general table and table top seating and a decent amount at the bar top. They had a nice selection of brews on tap which is always a plus for me since I really enjoy trying new micro brews. Bartender(s) were friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing fancy about this place. A good place to enjoy a nice cold one on your own or with a happy hour crew.

Ate dinner there on a Monday night. Food was good. The burger was good and got "falling off the plate" helping of tater tots. I sampled quite a bit of beer before picking a few pints. The bartenders were lively and changed the TV in front of me to the game I was watching and asked if putting the hockey game on the overhead speakers were going to interfere with watching baseball. Good bar to go and relax in and just hang out for the night.

Karaoke heaven! That's the best way to describe Blue Frog's Local 22. They have food, but I've never eaten it. I've been numerous times for the wild karaoke s@&! show. It's a blast. If you want to sing, put your name in at least an hour ahead of time. The list fills up super fast. In addition to the karaoke fun, they offer a really great selection of draft beers.

I had a very good experience here. We stopped by on Wednesday night and it wasn't too busy. The service was prompt and friendly. Our food came out about 15 minutes after ordering. If you're in the area, this is a good place to stop by for a burger or sandwich and a beer.

I absolutely love this restaurant bar! Go for the special! It will not fail you, particularly the Praise Cheeses burger. Great service, excellent selection of stocked and speciality beers (protip: ask what's new in your particular favorite pilsner, dark, etc. it's usually pretty interesting.)
