If it's winter bring a jacket if it's summer order ahead of time and pick it up on the fly. This facility seems to have major issues with keeping not just the customers comfortable but the employees as well. I feel really sorry they have to work in such conditions.
Visiting my family in Chicago (day 3) and having a blast with Sherice❤ This location is the best, Derek is awesome and extremely professional!! Thank you and your staff!! The drive thru moves quickly even during the early morning rush. We sip our brew while I tell her stories about Cali and people she knows while sworn to secrecy. Cousin Gloria laughs as I tell her stories about a church praise dancer who stays in trouble all the time. Next stop on my visit; more Starbucks, burgers, Millennium Park and maybe a tattoo.
Though the store itself is on the small side, its intimate atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit very pleasant. The cashier John and barista Johnathon (sorry if I didn't spell it right) took the time to ask how to spell my name (thank you so much!) and it was such a nice feeling. And they were both very friendly and conversational. I would definitely make this my go-to Starbucks just to speak to them about spelling names and Rihanna. Thank you for my experience!
Small location but that's obvious before you walk in. Have been coming here once a week for a year and it has the best service, coffee, and food out of any starbucks I've been to. The memory of their morning staff is amazing and they have strong leadership.
Fast, friendly, delicious. I would not recommend this location for someone that is looking to sit down and relax as the space is small and crowded most of the time.
Was great with service and very nice people the place was full when I went but I still got my coffee in under 10 minutes. Would and already have recommend this Starbucks!
This SB is positioned in a really good location. Friendly service. Would like to try strawberry drink! Never a disappointment.
Small but warm place on a cold day and offers a good view of the city. I ordered the green tea latte and my husband a white chocolate mocha.
Great service from Derek. Gracious, friendly, prepared a Peach Tranquility Misto exactly as I asked, in addition to an excellent flat white.

High traffic location... cozy and cramped very few seats. Overall if you're a people watching coffee conisouer this is a paradise.
Quick service, had fresh tea and food. It's a smaller establishment so in the morning the line can wrap to the door and it can be quite cramped
