Can’t talk highly enough of their coffee and service. It’s my favorite coffee in the city, and I’m PICKY to be clear. Their coffee is the type that needs no bells and whistles — just the brewed beans. :-) and their matcha is good, too. I like it with espresso!
Their bagel sandwiches also slap. I get the turkey with lettuce, tomato and pesto aioli with fresh avocado.
And their staff is so cool. They have big hearts and deserve big tips for the extra mile they go for people. 🙏
Quiet respite on a Friday morning. Smooth espresso in the snickerdoodle latte (Not too sweet). Very friendly staff (surprising to me in Chicago). Great atmosphere. Decided to linger, quiet and inviting. Sat by the window and enjoyed the maple trees just outside.
Came here on a Sunday morning, scouting coffee bars for colleagues coming in for a conference. Store was busy, bright and clean with a soft industrial feel. Lots of singles and couples on their phones. Babe Latte was amazing! Interesting artwork. Reasonably priced.
Great local coffee stop when in chicago. Cool friendly vibe and the best cinnamon coffee i’ve had!! Its called “honey cinnamon latte” i got mine with oat milk. Elizabeth, Connor and loui were giving fabulous service today! Thank you guys!!
This Dollop coffee shops has a good sized indoor seating area and a nice range of traditional and interesting signature coffee drinks.
We had a pretty good macchiato and cortado, nice use of stronger espresso blended with milk and foam. Both were good and worth returning to order again.
As far as coffee goes in Chicago, this was definitely on the pricier end. The spiced mocha was definitely interesting to try out. There’s plenty of places to sit and study/work while sipping away
This place flew under my radar for far too long.
Good pour over. Good environment for working. Good wifi. What more can one ask for?

Good espresso drinks - got cortado and latte for 2 morning. They were consistently good and made with friendly service. Didn’t try any of the food.

Edit: I’m editing my review because after this experience one of their directors reached out to me to explain what was going on at the time. I really appreciated that so I decided to come in between work meetings. After giving the store another shot, I was delighted to find attentive, kind staff, flavorful, caffeine filled lattes, and more lightly toasted bagels. This has happened the last few times I’ve been, so I’m a fan again :).

Used to love coming to this place, but as of late the customer service has been subpar from wrong orders to watery lattes. When I went this morning the guy at the register was rude and on top of that, he burned my bagel. If you look at the photos, there’s barely any cream cheese on it! :(
Today’s latte was made by someone else so that was good but I wish Dollop was more consistant.
Very nice first visit. Helpful staff and tasty coffee. We had a decaf mocha and a 3-shot salted caramel latte. Plenty of seating and free wifi (password posted at the counter). Some power strips for charging, though didn't see any direct USB ports. Cold drinks, build-a-bagel and specialty pour-over also available.
Excellent craft coffee and bakery stop in streeterville. I am a Chicago tourist and I had seen this shop multiple times but had not made time to stop in. Had a really pleasant experience - great place to work on a laptop or sit and sip while having a conversation. My pourover was excellent- I would say it rivals the quality of Intelligencia's cafes. I had no idea this was a chain until I was looking it up to write a review - it has a local wholesome feel.
absolutely delicious coffee! the employees here are very kind and also helpful with their suggestions!! i felt that our drinks were crafted with care and they tasted like it too!! i had an iced soy latte with coconut syrup and it was fantastic!! we also got a hot cinnamon honey latte with oatmilk and it was so good!! thank you!
I've been meaning to try them out and just dropped in today. One of the employees tempted me with a vegan donut and I could not resist. I had the glazed and it was so good! I ordered the Nutella mocha and it was very nice. I will definitely be returning to this coffee shop next time I am in town.

Great atmosphere and dog friendly. The service and coffee were fantastic too! Besides our coffee and lattes, we got a banana nut muffin that was ok. I think their pastry selection was low due to being New Year's Day and the muffin was probably left over from the day before.
Good coffee, nice cafe - love the vibe in here! :) just a Little pricy in my opinion… but would def come back and totally recommend.
