Great tasting chicken !
Having had Nando's all over the world , it's always a pleasure visiting this restaurant , I ordered the quarter chicken with fries and coleslaw and I wasn't disappointed . If your on miracle mile and fancy a taste of Portuguese chicken head over to Nando's
Nandos is my favorite restaurant. Its like heaven for meat lovers. I love their grilled chicken and peri peri sauce. They do have kids menu. The atmosphere is wonderful and very vibrant. Not much for vegetarian but no complaints. Total winner.
As a person who cannot say no to chicken, I went to Nandos for the first time and I loved it! This particular location had AMAZING service. We called to ask if they would serve our group despite them closing at 11pm and they said they would as long as we came before 11pm and they were true to their word! The food was amazing but I was even more impressed with their patience with us as we were also a group of 7. Apart from the food and service, the ambience and music was also superb! Issa must try!!!
For those who are in the Lakeview neighbourhood or passing through, stop in, put your feet under a table, and let your taste buds know that Nando’s Peri-Peri can bring about a smile to your face, or at least a smear of gravy to the corner of your mouth.
My first time here and food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised at the people working there. Everyone was so friendly and were very welcoming- it was also efficient. Thank you all.
I know these are terrible photos but everyone should try the Mac and cheese, it’s dangerously delicious.
First time here, although I’ve heard plenty of this establishment. I highly recommend. This location was great, and I will come back very much often, thanks to Don. Very great service, very great food.

I love coming to this place.
Their grilled whole chicken with mango sauce and side order of rice or fries are amazing! All of their sauces are extremely flavorful. The chicken is beautifully grilled with juice locked in and a nice smokey flavor.
Also, their pineapple lemonade is a must-try!!! It’s the best lemonade I’ve ever had.
I am always amazed by how consistent the quality and flavor of their food is.
Love the atmosphere, food is delicious, and great customer service!! When we visit Chicago, we definitely go to Nando’s on Diversey Prkway!
Amazing food and service. Being this was our 1st time there they gave us free appetizer!! We never say no to free food which was good as well.
We love Nando’s. The food is always delicious and the service is always wonderful.
We recently ordered delivery online and our order arrived completely incorrect. I called the store and Anne Beth (I believe), immediately went into action to fix the issue. We received our correct order only 20 min with the addition of a delicious carrot cake. I appreciate the above and beyond service of Anne Beth and the Thursday evening crew at Nando’s.

Excellent food with typical prices. You get huge portions! You could easily split the chicken breast sandwich or save half for a second meal. Staff is friendly and industrious. Interior is spacious and clean. And love the canned Rooibos tea.! If you like tasty chicken eat here.
When you enter, you right away see that what you thought was going to be a small independent food joint is actually a big kitchen chain. You order at the front desk. They have people running around but who doesn't deserve a tip for bringing my food and being "nice". The tables were dirty when we entered.
The food however was good to my surprise. The cauliflower was a bit too acid on my vegetarian bowl but overal a pleasant meal.
The interior was a bit misplaced. The room was too big to have an atmosphere. It had a school dining vibe.
Another QR order at your table restaurant where you feel weird tipping because there's no interactive service, but you know the employees are likely underpaid so you tip anyway. For 30 bucks for a plate and drink, it could have been a better value. The food was very tasty, but I'm not sure if that's enough of a savior for the cost cutting measures they've taken to reduce employees.
If you like grilled chicken this place is for you!
After a recent trip to the UK where we discovered Nandos and fell in love, we were sad to learn there were only a few locations in the US and none even remotely close to the area we live.
All of that said, when planning a trip to Chicago I saw Nandos on the map and made absolutely sure to include a lunch trip there.
The butterfly chicken is absolutely delicious. They leave just a little bit of skin on one side and when grilled up, the flavor it creates is just insane. Combine any of the sauces and it’s a true chicken delicacy. I prefer the hot sauce, but I can attest to the fact that the medium and Lemon & Herb sauces are fantastic too. You can even go sauceless - it’s that good!
During our visit the staff was overly courteous and helpful and the location was clean and comfortable.
We particularly enjoy the decorating and decor at all of the Nandos locations we have visited. We find it very comfortable.

I went to the 670 W. Diversey Parkway Nandos location in Chicago.
I was able to try their new Pulled Chicken, Feta & Avocado Bowl along with a soft drink. the bowl consists of: chilled Peri-Peri pulled chicken served over Portuguese rice with feta cheese, avocado, and semi-dried tomatoes.
The bowl has generous portions of Portuguese rice (delicious, by the way) and pulled chicken, the avocado and the semi-dried tomatoes (I really liked the tomatoes too) complimented the rice and chicken. The bowl was well balanced, and the flavours combined to make a delicious meal that I could not complete in one sitting. It truly is a complete meal in a bowl!
My only disappointment was that the rice was also served cold, I prefer my rice to be warm.
The employees were friendly and, all were wearing masks.
I really liked the way this location is decorated with colorful paintings and Nando's slogans on the walls. There are lots of tables and booths for seating and I just had to sit in one of the swinging chairs that are at the tables in front of the window. It was fun!
The floor however, was very greasy and slippery. This needs to be cleaned.
I normally get the Nando's Peri-Peri 1/4 chicken, but I liked my bowl so much that I think that one of Nando's Peri-Peri bowls will be my go to meal to order from now on!
Excellent! First time here just a short walk from our hotel, as we were visiting family in Chicago for Christmas. Jason was a great server, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Food was fresh-tasting and very flavorful! Thanks to Manager Jim for the follow-up. We were glad to meet you. May 2023 bring continued success to this Lincoln Park location and many blessings overall.
We love the grilled, smoky & spicy chicken. Hubby graves for it from time to time. Service is quick.
What a wonderful surprise to find Nando’s in Chicago! We had a wonderful time, the restaurant was very nice inside, the food was great and service fantastic. It was well located although parking was a little hard to find. Thanks for a great meal.
Overall: Easy go-to option for some quick delicious chicken options with flair.
The good: Like most Nando's, the atmosphere is really fun and inviting. They have hanging chairs mock can and wood-splint furniture, which is comfortable and unique. The menu is vast and varies, and the sauces have great flavors ranging from mild, spicy, tangy, or sweet. The portions are good sized for the main courses and the chicken and sides are tasty.
The bad: The chicken pitas don't have nearly enough chicken on them, primarily veggies. The prices are too expensive for what you get. They aren't too bad, but if you get more than a regular item it can be more expensive than it needs to be.
Atmosphere: 8/10
Service: 8/10
Food: 8/10
Wait staff was very friendly. You order up front and they bring the food to your table. Food is very good. We had the medium, extra hot, and extra extra hot. The extra extra hot has a lot of flavor. As a native Texan, if you're from the south, I'd recommend this one. You'll be fine. Don't do anything less than medium. That one was my favorite.

Awesome place!!! Best juicy spicy chicken ever! The Portuguese rice is a great side to have, it has it's spicy touch. Everything we had was delicious 😋 The service was spectacular, definitely we will be coming back for more!
Best chicken ever! Got the 1/2 chicken with two sides. Chicken is wow. The chicken was amazing. The corn was good. The garlic butter bread was a bit over buttered for my spouse but it was good. Brownie was ok. Overall we love this place and will definitely come back.
