The staff here is phenomenal!! I took my son to Chicago for his 20th birthday with his two friends and we couldn't find a place to eat and we ended up here and I'm glad that we went there. Their burgers were one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. It was almost too beautiful to eat! They even gave him the staff discount for his birthday which I thought was very awesome of them!!
I live only a block away from this Epic burger location and love it every time. My favorites are the California chicken burger and the Epic burger. I love that they have halal grilled chicken and beef (view screenshot below). Great spot to stop and eat!
This is a great restaurant in the heart of Chicago Downtown! The Halal things they had were the grilled chicken burgers, and beef burgers. We ordered a double patty beef burger and it was good! However, I wish there was more sauce on the burger. The fries were also delicious and they weren't soggy, which is good! The chocolate milkshake had a good ratio of sweetness and cream. It was really good! Everybody should come to this restaurant, while you are in Chicago Downtown!

I was walking past this afternoon after grocery shopping 🛍 nearby and had to take advantage of their burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 happy hour.
The portions were extremely generous, the staff was friendly and the food came out quick and delicious.
I can't wait till summer hits so I can sit outside with my dog and share.
Next time I'll order a shake....happy hour is a good deal if you have the time to stop in.
The food was absolutely amazing. The whole family loved it. The service could be a little better. We had to clean off our own table. Not sure if they were just short staffed or what.

Delicious. Can’t even tell it’s not meat. And I used to be the biggest carnivore. Also their actual meat burgers are amazing. You can add avocado and other toppings! Love not having to wait for a server. The walk up ordering is convenient and fast. The location here is a cool downtown vibe and the upstairs is so cozy. Typically fast and friendly service and the food is ALWAYS amazing.
Not amazing not horrible burger. Felt a bit greasy and heavy afterwards. Bf had the bunless and said it was flavorless. I agree, most of the flavor is coming from grease. I opened my burger and looked at bottom bun has absorbed all the grease, really tasty but can't imagine what it's doing to your arteries. I couldn't finish the bun. It's not bad but I probably won't have it again for my health sake.
Great burger joint to get your fix. Reasonable pricing for a great patty. And it has halal beef and chicken.
Plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs.

Customer service was on point, restaurant was clean and welcoming. Food was cooked to order and absolutely delicious, a guilty pleasure (calorie wise) that was well worth it, the Epic Classic and Cali chicken were both top shelf!!
Best burger hands down! This burger is killing Smash Burger in St. Louis! Epic burger is now my go to spot when I come to Chicago. Great customer service too!

Great burgers and sweet potatoe waffle fries! Unfortunately, the place was really hot inside to have a nice stay.

ate here today for the first time and man was it the best burger and fries i ever had. my girlfriend had the tenders with hot honey sauce and those was amazing as well . the sauce was perfect . this place is great and so is the staff
It's simple, but this is just one of the best places to hit if you want a great beef cheeseburger. When I visit I get the single Epic Burger with cheddar and all the fixin's and that's about it. I've heard they had good fries and a decent milkshake, but I'm usually on the run and only have time to sit down and have a burger. And it's never let me down.
