It was my first time at the Sugar factory and I personally enjoyed everything..The mimosa...milkshake and my meal. For me, Customer service was excellent!! MY experience was awesome! I will definitely come again. 😁
This place was so over the top, we came here not knowing anything about what we were getting into. So much fun! It's really fun to just watch everything going on and all the crazy fun drinks!
We went for my son 12th birthday and we had an amazing time. The food was great the service and the atmosphere. The vibes were on point and the staff did a really great job overall. Our favorite part was the way the GOLD BURGER was brought out we really enjoyed our night. Kids were sugar wasted for sure. The pricing is every bit worth it it’s expensive but nothing less than expected. We’ll take quality over anything anyday.
Overall we had a great experience. We celebrated my daughters birthday at the sugar factory downtown Chicago. It was our first time going so reading reviews i wasn’t sure what to expect as some reviews were positive and some negative. I can only comment on my experience and i would definitely say I’d go back. The service was amazing, everything came out fast. Everything we ordered from drinks to food tasted good. Our servers name was jasmine and she was such a sweetheart. She made my daughter day by singing her happy birthday. I wish i got the hosts name (tall, skinny gentleman) he was nice and made sure we knew about the 20%, even though i still tipped more. The busser seemed like he loved his job. When he helped sing happy birthday he was so enthusiastic which was awesome. I will say i believe we went at a perfect time, right before it was getting busy for the night. The place itself is decorated beautifully. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you.
Overall the Atmosphere was great!! Tons of kids birthdays and upbeat pop music playing. The service was just ok. I personally felt like she took too long to come and take our orders. The Birra quesadillas were just ok. The spicy chicken and waffles weren't spicy at all. The Alfredo was delicious! Including the Mac n cheese balls. The mimosa flights were good, however we were charged more v. how much it cost on the menu. 🥴 overall I think it's a awesome place to take kids or adults out for a nice time. The milkshakes were incredible and over the top as well.
Our experience was amazing this evening! Especially due to our waiter, Hector! He got everything perfectly and took great care of us! Overall, a great time!
Their door hours are wrong. They do open at 11a. The manager was a delightful gentlemen. He looked very professional and busy but took the absolute honor to serve my daughter "a very big toothpick". She will never forget how generous he was. Without hesitations or passing off, he gave her a skewer with a genuine smile. Our greeter, waitress and bartender all made each one of us feel special and like real individuals, not just another tourist. Their food was made exactly as requested. And don't overlook their Bloody Mary (they have no alcohol on all beverages! )
Great food, fantastic drinks, very pleasing aesthetics. Cool experience and great for a night out with friends and family. Kids would definitely love it as well.
All the staff at the restaurant was so nice. Our server Daniel was so attentive and kind. The food was great. They really made my step mom's birthday special.

My wonderful family and i had just ate there for my birthday last night!🥳🥳The food and place was amazing!🤩But do you know what was better?George are server!😆He was absolutely exquisite! If you ever decide to eat there ask for George. He got my food to me super quick.😋 And my Emo sister said she got him . And George we got you!!👍 We always got you George.☺️☺️The food was very very good it was yummy in my tummy!George was really cool and even gave my Emo sister a fist bump!😮He was really good to talk to and ask questions to I would recommend asking him about sugar he’s slagin in diabetes, he knows a lot about it and it made my food taster!😩xoxo
We had a wonderful experience at Sugar Factory. The food was excellent and staff attentive. The manager was engaging. We had one of their signature drinks. So much fun!!
While we have eaten at the Sugar Factory on the Upper West Side in New York City, this time, we visited the Chicago location to pick up some sweets. It is very cool looking inside here, and if this restaurant is like the NYC location, this establishment is a great spot for birthday parties!
Great service and good food. My only suggestion is that they make the font on the menu bigger. It was hard for me to read the small letters with the dim setting. George our waiter was very attentive and pleasant.

My son and I enjoyed an appetizer wing platter, Lemonade, Martini and 2 cheesecake...$125! Just know, it's automatic 20% gratuity/service fee added to each bill.
a super nice place, full of sweet flavor, very rich pastas and drinks alike. you can take an amazing photo in the candy chair! Drink prices are expensive.
Amazing place, it's huge. The menu is really extensive, hard to read, though. The typeface is really small. I enjoyed my spicy chicken hamburguer and rootbeer, French fries side portion is well served.
Prices... expensive, but it's worthy to enjoy while in Chicago downtown. I'd go back to try the rest of the menu.
I had a great experience at the sugar factory. The host accomindated my request and Hector, my server, went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Food was good and so were the drinks. I will be back!
