We found Eva's by chance whilst exploring the area - great find, good coffee, friendly atmosphere that felt like a real local's coffee shop. Definitely recommend it - didn't have time to try the food but it looked good.

Friendly, cozy, warm -- it's like having coffee in the living room of someone with a fetish for French Provincial furniture. Plus the coffee is very good, and the pumpkin bread is to die for.

Now that I have moved from Minneapolis to Seattle, I cannot tell you how much I truly appreciate a large, beautiful, independent coffee shop with reasonably priced food and drinks, that lets you stay as long as you want. Oh, and did I mention the tea comes in gorgeous pots?? Miss you, Oldtown!! <3

We googled breakfast spots near our location and saw some pretty delicious posted images of their food and coffees so we stopped in and it exceeding our expectations. The croissant sandwiches are very large and savory. We got the iced vanilla lavender coffee — definitely get this! Sooo good!

Excellent cafe! We were visiting Chicago and came across this coffee shop and loved it so much we came back the next day! Some of the best coffee we have had and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience and highly recommend! The iced vanilla latte was fantastic!

My favorite coffee place in Chicago. Picked up the new! pulled pork panini and pink lotus energy drink today & I was not disappointed. The panini is delicious with spring greens and avocado. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into his drinks and dishes. The shop & barista pull the place together to create a wonderful atmosphere that always make me leave happy. Thanks!

Amazing coffee. Ate here several times and the coffee tasted amazing each time. I drink coffee black. The multi seed bagel with egg, turkey, cheese are fantastic. The ambiance is very warm and inviting. I know people of all ages and backgrounds will find what they like in this quaint place.

Highly Recommend: will definitely be stopping here more often. The patte and bacon egg and cheese croissant were great! The place has a very chill-cozy vibe. Seems the kitchen is a one man show but what we got was really good. As signs in the place suggest to put the order in advance on line. All in all I loved this place.

Super cozy coffee shop by the Sedgwick Brown Line stop that has a wide variety of drinks and food, including croissant sandwiches and bagels. They have plenty of seating for either small groups or individuals working remotely. I got The ham, egg, and cheese croissant and it was really tasty. Will definitely be back.

Love this coffee shop! It's the perfect place to get some work/reading done while not feeling like you are the slave to your work. Be aware that the vanilla lavender latte is very sweet. The only improvement needed I think is the music, it would be so much more immersive if the music comes from a selective Playlist than just whatever the TV is showing.

outside of the main city. The couches are comfy and the vibe is so cute; brick floor, leather furniture, fireplace, and local art!
