The new owners here are great (used to be Opart Thai, which was our favorite Thai place in Chicago before they moved during the pandemic). Siam Rice is AMAZING and new favorite in Chicago! :)

They say to judge a thai restaurant by their tom yum and sum tum salad and they were perfect. The ingredients were fresh and you could taste the complexity of each dish. We had the salmon in panang and the basil fried rice and everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. As i was was walking to the bathroom i caught a glimpse of the kitchen, it was spotless. Loved the food, and i am looking forward to enjoying everything on the menu in the future

One of the Best Thai Restaurant in Chicago. When you come to the restaurant, you should try Basil with Beef, Pad See Ew with pork, Rad Na with pork and don’t forget to try Pad Thai, and Khao Soy, the Noodle in Curry of Northern Style. Try one dish at a time or bring a lot of friends along so you could try all dishes. You will love their food.

Amazing flavors. All I have to say. The staff I talked with were all so nice, and really funny and understanding when I ordered just soup thinking it was noodle soup. I've learned many flavors just from that soup alone, and I like to think I'm a decent home cook / foodie, but this was new. I look forward to coming back and trying everything on the menu! Welcome to South Loop, Siam Rice

We're so happy another Thai restaurant came into this space! The owner was welcoming and pleasant! The Tom Yum and Tom Kha were delicious and perfectly spicy. Tiger Cry was good too, more like a steak and less like the one we were used to, but well prepared! My wife liked the PadThai. My only recommendation would be more veggies and prepared just slightly, so they keep their crunch!

Long time reliable Thai restaurant in the Loop. Excellent food, fair price, and great service. Can get busy at times so some patience may help. My favorite is the panang noodles. Deep panang curry flavor with crispy noodles, and not aware of other places to get this in Chicagoland. The beef salad is also on the family short list.

Ordered dinner to go for three nights when I was staying at the Kimpton Allegro hotel around the corner. Food is very good. Pad Thai was well made with lots of tofu. I tried the crispy Pad Thai one night. While good, I preferred the regular version. Also tried the roast duck over Chinese Broccoli, papaya salad, and teriyaki salmon. All were very good. Would definitely come back if I was staying nearby.

Great Thai place in the loop. It can get busy around lunch time but they generally move tables pretty quickly. I always go with chicken pad Thai or chicken fried rice and it’s fantastic. Service can be a bit lacking at times but I give them credit for how busy it gets.

Went on opening weekend. Very friendly staff and owner. Moo Ping was pork well marinated. The Salmon was a good sized fish cooked nicely with an awesome Panang sauce. True to its name the rice was amazing.

Thai food as its best, spicy, but appropriate to the western taste without forgetting the roots of Thai cuisine in a friendly environment, courteous and efficient way of enjoying a bit of Thailand in Chicago.

The chicken Pad Woon Sen is so delicious but I really really enjoyed the Tom Kha Soup! The host was really friendly kind, I can’t wait to bring Family and friends here.

One of the better Thai food options downtown Chicago. Located close to city hall and state courts at the Richard J. Daley Center. The Tom Yum soup is fantastic. Also love the Red Curry Chicken and the Pad Plik entree with your choice of meat or tofu. My only quibble is that the tables are very close together so it's not the best spot for a private conversation.

I read a few reviews that said the service was poor. I experienced nothing but great service! The staff was very timely with seating, menus, and serving the food. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The prices were affordable and the portion was big.
