I ordered the spicy Italian beef with chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was so delicious I had to order a second Italian beef it was that good. The meat was so fresh and it just melts in your mouth. The bread was definitely fresh and like a pillow. If you go there please order the spicy Italian beef I promise you will not be disappointed.
I would have given this place 5 stars instead of 4 if they didn't move so slow! That's they're only down fall.... Besides that the food is healthy and good. It is also a layed back casual restaurant.
I've had nothing but great food everytime I've been there. 4/5 because they're always understaffed so we wait a while for food.

Food was delicious, I liked tomato basil soup, butternut pumpkin squash, turkey sandwich. I asked for the tea to be prepared later and my request was done. Half portion of soup and sandwich or soup and salad is enough.
It is clean and neat and accomplished all my waitings.

Secretly addicted to their breakfast menu. I go in at least once every other week but i use to go daily. Staff is so friendly and have never had to wait long for my order. TBM on a croissant is my go to.
I recently ate here after a long break of a few years, and was delighted by the renewed interest in ingredient quality, particulary the use of natural chicken. It makes a world of difference! For sandwiches, there's also a choice of the regular or multigrain bread pockets, which are their signature. Service is quick and considerate; these guys have solid lunch rush skills.
Cosí has a good bowl of Minestrone for lunch. Add fresh sandwiches, salads, and vegetables to taste.
First Cosi I've seen in years. Online ordering worked great, and the tuna melt is still the most banging sandwich out there.
Their bread is fantastic. Kinda pricey. But in-line with downtown Chicago prices. The salads are very good. The portion size for their salads are reasonable.
The best TOMATO-BASIL soup I have ever had!!! This was like a dream come true for my mouth! It was in heaven! And the salads are also 5 stars.
Cosi is my go-to spot in the morning before work! The staff is friendly and efficient. I'm usually out of the door within 6-8 minutes. The quality of the food can be a bit inconsistent, but you can't beat a filling, Cosi Club Squagel and a large coffee for $5.55!
