The food here was pretty good and there was a wide variety of customization options. One thing I had wish had been available is a meal deal that included the sandwich, chips, and drink instead of just the chip and drinks. The staff was friendly and prepped the food quickly. The floor towards the back of the dining area looked a bit on the old side but appears to be original to the building and the rest of the area is clean so it was of no concern to me. Definitely a good place to stop for a quick and hearty lunch if your in the area.
Roast Beef w/ Provolone (Original size) with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The other is A Wreck (salami, roast beef, turkey, and ham w/ Swiss, original size) flatbread with spicy mustard, pickles, and tomato. Must say it is slightly expensive, ~$13 for 2 sandwiches. However the quality of the sandwiches is worth it.
Potbelly's has been a staple for me since the early 2000's when it came on the spot. I first enjoyed them on State Street and Lake. And I still enjoy it's foods, atmosphere and rugged old look with nostalgia. It's cozy and the music 🎵 selections of the 60"s, 70's and the Disco era is good. The music takes you back to times when bands used instruments and played their own unique sounds and the singers could actually saaaang and had a real purpose with causes of the world's happenings during those years. What matters is the real love in the messages of the music, but be careful of the lyrics, some lyrics were not always so loving. Why? There was pains and lyrics the industries wanted you to express. If you're from those era's then you'll know. Potbelly's brings all of that together in a rich wholesome way and it's a great place to dine in and eat, pickup to go orders and be served with friendly people and a beautiful smile 😊😁. Thanks Potbelly's for your services and warmth of your hearts as workers giving customers humble customer service.

This Cuban was phenomenal! A nice little sandwich shop, great for a quick bite!
Delicious sandwiches and chips. Everything was made to perfection, even with a large take-out order. Highly recommend
One of the best sandwich shops in the area! The Mediterranean is my favorite sandwich, I always end up ordering it because it's so amazingly zesty and bursting with flavor! The oatmeal chocolate cookie is also fantastic & The workers here are very kind!
They messed up my sandwhich order (forgot the pickles and added mayo which I didn't request), but it was still pretty good. Didn't take them long to make the food either.
The staff seemed to handle a large group of disruptive skateboarders who came in and bought nothing decently well.
They had decent public bathrooms.
Their floors were kind of dirty, but overall the place was pretty clean.
This place was the highlight of my last trip to Chicago as far as food is concerned. Nice, small, quiet place with natural lighting. The food was fresh, fast, and super yummy. The customer service was top notch! Hope to eat here again soon!
Tasty sandwiches, with the perfect ratio between meat, veggies and bread. Definitely waaaay better than Subway. Plus, the staff is always very friendly and efficient, even when the line is out the door. I always drop by at least once whenever I'm in Chicago.

Since moving to the West Coast, I severely miss having Potbelly regularly. Their sandwiches are so good! I got the mushroom melt with all the toppings, and it hit the spot. And despite being crazy busy with the teacher strike, the employees were fast and friendly. I will visit every time I'm traveling somewhere there's a Potbelly's :)
Josh C is amazing my order was wrong and he personally brought my sandwich to me. In addition to this, when i talked to him about my issue his over the phone his customer service was incredible. Thank you again and I definitely would recommend this location.
