Out of all the places to get food at Navy Pier, this is the place to be. $13 for a chicken sandwich may seem expensive but guys it’s literally Navy Pier what do you expect? Plus the chicken sandwiches come with waffle fries and they’re beautifully seasoned. Staff is friendly for the most part. We also got the strawberry lemonade and that was good too.

Honestly, it's a chicken sandwich from a fast food joint. That's exactly what I expected and it's exactly what I got. I liked the addition of the pickles and the brine. Fries were good and food came out quickly. Staff were also friendly.

This was some of the best chicken I have had in a while! The fries were fresh and crispy and so was the chicken. Good customer service, just they don’t accept cash. In general, it it on par with, if not better than most basic fast food chicken.

Patronized this place while on vacation. The chicken strips and cheese fries were actually good. The food was very fresh, hot out the grease and flavorful. The staff was friendly and fast. Try them out of you're in the area.

The service was excellent, chicken was perfect and the name is great. And don’t get me started on the waffle fries. So crispy and crunchy, so perfect.

Overall: Quality chicken sandwich for one of the better meals at the Pier. The good: Hands down one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches I've had (granted, I haven't had Popeye's). Thick cut of chicken that is breaded well, and comes with my favorite buffalo ranch option. The buns were great as well, and the sandwich as a whole is pretty large. The waffle fries were also a huge plus and were seasoned well. Truly one of the better options at the Pier for a quicker meal. The not-so-good: Pricey, but at least we were full and happy. Long wait time too, probably about 10 minutes (after ordering, which took another 5) during peak dinner time. Food: 9/10 Atmosphere: N/A Service: 7/10

Surprised by the low rating. Ate here twice, two different chicken sandwiches (buffalo, Nashville) - both were outstanding. I feel that they were on par or better than Chick-fil-A. I think I slightly preferred the Nashville but it was a week between my two visits and not a side-by-side comparison. All sandwiches come with waffle fries which are decent, a little greasy but fine. You definitely leave full with the chicken sandwich + fries!
