Great sandwiches and salads served in a warm modern ambiance. The pretzel buns add a great flavor and texture to the sandwiches. The salads are fresh, reasonably priced and delicious. The owner is also a big chocolate fan so make sure to check the crazy selection of chocolates at the store.
Pleasantly surprised to find that it's more than an average soup / sandwich place, and tastes good. I expected standard menu items like turkey, cheese, chicken, club sandwich, chicken Noodle soup, broccoli cheese... But they have prosciutto, goat cheese, gruyere, salmon, avocado, kale and white bean soup, pea and Avocado soup, etc.
I was in the area and hungry. I was kind of iffy that the food was going to be good since it was a fast causal restaurant. I got the foodie deal which included a foodie sandwich, chips or almonds, blondie or brownie, and bottled water. Honestly I was unimpressed by the size of the sandwich, but everything in the meal was very tasty and my stomach was full. Not to mention that the dining area is very cozy and clean. Good place to do work or just hang out. I would call this place an upgraded Panera.
I stopped in one time when I was passing through using Amtrak and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for offering gluten-free optionsn
Yum! Single vegan choice that was phenomenal. Easy to be healthy (or unhealthy) with the variety of choices. Staff was friendly and had great calm energy!

The sandwiches are kind of weird shaped because they're on pretzels, but they have great gluten-free sandwich options.
I had an order snafu that I thought was going to result in me not getting my sandwich. Luckily Wesley was very kind and took care of everything. Great location and great sandwiches!

I would never had guessed that super easy-to-miss place is capable of producing sandwiches as good as these are. Most of them are offered on pretzel bread (but there’s an option for regular bread if for some reason you’re not into that) and include super fresh, premium ingredients like organic cured meets, hard and soft cheeses, pesto, truffle, smoked salmon, and more. The sandwiches still manage to be substantial and reasonably-priced which is surprising given it’s prime location in the city. I tried this for the first time recently and can’t wait to come back!
My friend and I stumbled across this fine establishment while looking for a place to nosh on some lunch while in Chicago. Upon entry, they were playing Hayden’s trumpet concerto in E flat major. The work staff was very friendly and made our sandwiches promptly. We were quite satisfied with our food. Overall, I would recommend.

I only stopped in for a breakfast bretzel roll, but the staff were friendly and pleasant. The shop is also filled with a wide variety of snacks and drinks to cater for a wide range of dietary needs including vegans and gluten free people.
It was early morning when I went, and not that busy, so plenty of tables and spaces to choose from to sit and eat including bar seating by the windows for people watching.
