Came here as part of my Chicago vacation. The staff was friendly even though we showed up 1 hour before close. When we had concerns about eating quickly because the pizza would come out right around closing, they assured us it wasn't a big deal and to take our time enjoying out food. If/When I come back to Chicago, I'll be sure to stop by this restaurant again, the food was fantastic.
BYOB was cheaper than paying per glass of wine. Liquor store across the street. Our deep dish pizza was awesome! Parmesan fries, not so awesome. Service was great!
While we had an issue with our pizza being burnt, the manager Bill, handled the situation amazingly! He first offered us new pizzas or any other item on the menu. Since we were from 3 hours away, we were on a time crunch. The manager took the time to have a separate pizza made and timed to find out the exact issue to fix the problem. He also paid for our bill and gave us coupons for a future visit. While it wasn't the best pizza that we have had from the Irving Park location, we will definitely be back due to the way the situation was handled. Thank you for the good experience.
