Stopped for a dinner after the Lincoln Zoo Light. My husband really enjoyed Chicken Pat Kee Mao, while I liked Shrimp Wontoon Soup. Our to-go fried tofu is not so good. The lady server is very friendly.
We celebrated our two year anniversary here. My girlfriend has traveled Southeast Asia, and is always looking for authentic cuisine. We definitely found it! The atmosphere is exactly how she remembers Thailand being and the food was full of flavors that kept my pallet guessing in a great way.
Highly recommend curry, satay chicken, pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice.
Nine was our server and I now realize owns the place too.
She accommodated my girlfriends severe gluten allergy without issue.
This has been such a big challenge for us! We actually had to leave another restaurant prior due to them not accommodating, unfortunately.
We were lucky to find Thai food right around the corner and really enjoyed ourselves. We hope you do too.
12/10 this spot is amazing!!
We ordered the Tom kha soup
Nines noodles
Pangang curry
Everything was so flavorful And delicious! Highly recommend!
Also the owner has beautiful plants and is super sweet! This is a hidden gem!
Had an excellent Sangria and ordered some takeout. Excellent curry, rice and flat noodle dish. Gave us some free egg rolls. Great service. Nice people. Nice decor.
I loved all the plants throughout the cozy restaurant space! Food was delicious and fresh, no long wait for it on a Saturday night. Great stop after a long afternoon at the zoo.
Delicious! Fabulous service and food. We ordered from the same Thai restaurant for years, then one afternoon, our regular restaurant was closed and NINE THAI CUISINE was the closest Thai restaurant. We tried on a whim and so glad. I will ONLY order from this restaurant when the Thai craving strikes (which is weekly now). Thanks for everything NINE THAI CUISINE!
Food was super good and the place looks really cool. The lady was nice and the food and drinks came super fast!
Tamarind curry is amazing. Wonderful flavor. I've had it dining in and take out. Excellent both times (I don't live in or near Chicago). The owner? is attentive, helpful and kind. I'll be back!
Clean and well kept. Attentive staff. Fresh ingredients. Pictured: Valentine's day decorations and the sweet and sour chicken.
The food was wonderful, and the sangria was spectacular. I ate way too much and I'm now in a happy food coma. 🤤
I order here way too often and every-time it is delish. The curries are fantastic and rice is cooked perfect always. Quality!!!
The food is nice. But it’s not many, for a normal American will not feel full. I order the curry, the source and the meats are nice! But the rice is some part of disappointed. They should cook rice more well. That why I give 4, not 5 stars.
We came on 4th of July and were grateful it was open as virtually everywhere was closed or closed for dine in. Just a heads up, the online menu isn't updated and some items are not available anymore and have been blocked off the menu once you get to the restaurant, like lard nar. Overall the food was good. We ordered all veggie dishes and a few had a weird fish taste , not sure if it was cooked in the same pots and not cleaned well in between dishes. It seemed clean but a bit dated. We would go back.
