Shake Shack is always so delicious! But boy is it pricier than other fast food joints 😅 Sure, they use really nice ingredients, but it’s still fast food… I go very occasionally, but it’s always delicious. My go-to is the shack stack! Their cheese fries are also bomb 👍
Right off the Green Line and steps to so much in West Loop, it’s a great location.
This was my first time having Shake Shack and it was yummy. I was happy they have crinkle fries but I took a star off because I had to eat them cold. Was told if I sit outside my tray would be brought to me and after about 15 minutes I go inside to see it sitting in the counter waiting for me to pick it up. Even though the fries were warm-ish they were still tasty. Also I was bummed to find the mushroom burger is not vegan and can’t be made vegan because the cheese is inside.
Lemonade is refreshing, if come back just for that and some hot fries.
My recent visit to Shake Shack West Loop was a burger lover's paradise. The classic ShackBurger was a delightful blend of flavors and the crinkle-cut fries were perfect. If you love to get a burger with a shake, then this is a great spot. Their simple smashed burger with the thick delicious shake is a great mix. Gotta admit that the portions of sandwiches are small and you will need more than one sometimes, but they worth the try. I would prefer that the restaurant is enlisted as $$ instead of $ thought to be more precise of what you will be paying to be satisfied. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious, but the crust is a little bit extra salty. Other than that, i loved both beef and fried chicken sandwiches. The shake is very good in flavor and thickness, and you can add malt powder for 50c.

Good burger, good fries, but the only let down is that i was hoping the hot ones burger would actually be spicy 😩 i ordered it after being told it was spicy, but like how dude gonna lie to me like that 🥲 good burger but flamin hots are hotter, just to put it in perspective 😭😭😭 all in all good food and friendly staff
The service was fast and not crowded at all. The double burger was pretty good but I like EPIC more BUT EPIC costs more. Also the bacon was only okay and not enough. One last thing was the young man at the counter could not answer my question of what can be placed on the burger and that was annoying as I grew up being taught that the correct answer was that I may not know but that I would find someone who does know.
I had myself a double ShackBurger served with fries and a can of Shackmeister Ale beer. That was a great service ever when I'm satisfied with Shake Shack who served burgers, fries, beer and wine. I can't wait to eat and drink there again.
Sooooo let's start with the fries...frozen... whoomp! Get some fresh cuts fries please. Burger was well done even though I asked for medium. It was still good though. Service is what you expect. Greeted with a smile. Would I go back? Maybe 😏
The burgers we're great. The smokeshake was actually very light but I would recommend doing a double Patty. The fries with cheese were fantastic. I was actually pretty surprised with how the fries came out. The bacon on the smokeshake was perfectly cooked.
Great place for a simple burger. Shake Shack does a great job keeping the consistency of their quality burgers. Their management is great and burgers come soon after you order them.
Did I mention how beautiful their burgers look like? Couldn't help but have a photoshoot of my burger [more like burgerS] before eating it [them].

Shake Shack is a welcome addition to the West Loop. While it's not the cheapest burger you can buy in Chicago, it certainly is still fairly reasonably priced. If you've been to Shake Shack you know what to expect, it's certainly similar to the other locations in the city.
If you haven't, Shake Shack is a fast casual restaurant. Getting an order to go will take around 5 minutes to serve up after you've placed an order. The burgers are made fresh and tend to be on the smaller side, but incredibly delicious.
If you want an affordable burger in an area known for expensive foodie restaurants then Shake Shack is probably perfect for you.
Good burgers and fries. Fast and friendly service. Now that there are a few in the city there aren't any lines. Even though it's good the competition in the West Loop is pretty stiff and Shake Shack only stands out as the quickest available.
Came on vacation to Chicago and everyone recommended me Shake Shack. Decided to give it a try and I fell in love. Their burgers are delicious especially their Chick'n shack which has delicious buttermilk chicken and savory buttermilk mayo. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT! Would recommend it to everyone visiting Chicago.
All the food here tastes delicious. Burgers here are some of the best I’ve ever had. Staff is super friendly as well.
Customer service was amazing. I chose to do remote ordering at the tablets, found a seat and waited for my text. One of the workers stopped, asked my name and brought my food out to me. He asked if I needed anything. I said no, but he noticed I didn't have a straw for my shake and grabbed me one. The food was pretty good too. As I'm writing this review he came back and took my garbage for me. So nice.
